I wouldn't trust anyone else with our dog. She has a heavy coat and for an elderly 14 year old Shelly and her staff always treat her with amazing care. People who truly care for animals!

Fantastic experience! I brought in my miniature American Eskimo, first professional grooming at 11 years old as her coat is aging less-than-gracefully. She looks and feels amazing now! Having all that undercoat out (which I've tried to do at home to varying degrees of failure) and the beautiful doggy detailing, she's the perfect little puffball ready for the rest of summer. She looks 6 years younger! Price was extremely reasonable. I'm sure I'll be back.

Shelly and her staff are the best. Duke has seboria and no other groomer has been able to help us keep his condition in check. Highly recommend. Such great people and so friendly too!

Our dog Sparkle is an ex-breeding and show dog we rescued. She is anxious and scared of life at the best of times unless she is with us. We had been taking her to a groomer in Yaletown, but despite making it into a lunch date while we waited, it was not manageable. We had been looking for someone local who we would feel confident they could groom a Yorkshire terrier properly, as we had a bad experience with a different one out here previously (hack job). I was somewhat worried at the length of time we were told she would be with them today because she's so anxious, but my husband said when he got there, she seemed calm, and when he picked her up there was no shaking or nervousness. This is huge for Sparkle. Besides this, she looks so dang cute!!!! Will be bringing her back in the future. Thank you for your good job with our little babe.

Shelley is delightful!! She’s been grooming my pup for almost a year now. When he first started going at just a few months old, she was always very gentle with him so that he would build a good association with being groomed.My pup also has sensitive skin and they were able to accommodate him with hypoallergenic products! Overall it’s been nothing but positive experiences!

It was good the first time that I went. The second time that I took my cat, they barely did anything for him, only clipped his nails but no wash and charged me a hefty $75. He looked exactly the same as when I brought him in.

Worth every penny. We brought our 13 month old domestic long haired cat, Furgie for her first appointment. Thank you Poco Pet Pawlour for an excellent job in trimming her coat and claws. We will definitely go back.

Great Groomer! We took our 70lb golden-doodle & he looked amazing! Hair was trimmed all evenly & no razor burn like we’ve had before. Will definitely go back & refer all out furry friends!
