I highly recommend this location. The staff are supportive, understanding, and compassionate. If you are lucky enough, you'll be able to work with Sourabh. He is very professional, informative, and accommodating. Again, I highly recommend this location about any other, whether be it via phone or in person.

I am visiting this branch of Money Mart for remittance purposes. I always have wonderful experience in terms of staff service.Today I had a bad experience. I went to the counter and a lady was processing my remittance request. She was polite and ask me usual questions.There was another staff whose name was Perveen Akhtar who was standing in another counter was also asking me similar questions again. This was going on for 20 minutes. Then I ask her I have responded all questions to the staff who is attending to me and willingly to answer more questions to her if she wants. Perveen insists that she can also ask me any questions in addition to other staff. Her behaviour was very rude and impolite.

I would have given no star of it would be an option. I visited this location on July 5 th to take a $300 payday loan. I advised the manager my payday is in two days. I asked her politely if it’s possible to date it for next payday rudely she responded I am not going to skip a payday, I responded no problem. I went back today to repay my loan and the teller refused to go by the 48 hour cancellation policy as per the Ontario PDL act. The manager threatened me she will block my account because I asked for the cancellation policy. They were both rude and unprofessional. They both needs to be retrained on the Ontario PDL act along with customer service training!
