I reserved online did the pre check-in and it still took almost an hour to get my car. The workers were very nice but clearly the location is understaffed and organizationally challenged: people in front of me had lost reservations, they had trouble finding cars, etc.

reserved a car for the day and pickup was a breeze. Got wonderful service by Avis. they gave us a nice car that took us to Peggy's Cove.

Got a great rate. Pick up was easy - we had the only car left in the lot and the employee was waiting just for us. Everything went smoothly for us.
