I have been buying my gear here for a few years now always been good prices and service. I never had a problem until recently when I had an issue with some parts on an upgrade project and this is where their customer service shines through. I was able to head over to their service department and ask for help, they tech it with me no charge, and had absolutely zero issue with me returning or exchanging the equipment that wasn’t working for me. Got me sorted with new gear and everything worked out perfectly now. When your doing custom PC builds this is the service a person needs, good job all.

Very very good service, I am always happy with the staff there. Very helpful. I booked pickup in store graphic card today 7900 XTX. They had only one left it was hard to find it and they look for it about 20 minutes and found it for me. If it was any other store they would of said (sorry can't find it see you next time.) I recommend this location 100%

I called in about a Corsair h110 liquid cooler that started to leak on me, and they helped me out right away, super friendly over the phone! The service was speedy on their end and got me into a new replacement fairly quick. After a few trips from my own mess up they got everything sorted out within minutes and sent me back on my way. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone that is looking for good service and super friendly staff that's eager to help

they did a decent job with my laptop today, BE AWARE! the price that they tell you before you drop your item would probably go up and for sure you sign a document where you accept these extra" bucks (I am pretty sure they will make you pay more). so think about it if you want to fix/upgrade or better get a new one.WHAT I DIDN''T LIKE is that they returned my laptop with STAINS even on the cord. no apologizes about it

Came to this location a few weeks ago to get the parts for my first ever PC build, and I gotta say the staff were absolutely amazing! Super knowledgeable, helpful and patient, they even went the extra step to review my parts and recommend a better PSU just as a precaution which I greatly appreciate.They also took the time to put my CPU, SSD and ram into the motherboard and update the bios for me, free of charge which was an absolute blessing. It definitely streamlined my building process once I was home and made me feel a lot more confident with running the PC for the first time.I highly recommend this store to everyone, and it will surely be my go to place from now for pc parts and tips!

Amazing place to spend all your hard earned moneys at! This place is always busy, so bring some time, especially on special sales days! Staff is very busy and therefore tends to get on to the next customer fast. If you need some time to gather info and chat, come on a week day in the morning or evening and they give you all their attention. Amazing in store warranty service as well.

Bought all the parts to build a pc from here. They were super helpful in finding the best products at great prices, and helping me figure out extacly what I needed. Great service! Even helped me put together some of the parts for free. Would 100% recommend this location.

I'm actually a customer from Vancouver. Called in about one last stock (from the whole company) of a laptop I want, which was in this store. Asked for delivery to be arranged to BC and boy did James delivered. I was pretty much bugging him from the start to end of his shift and customer service was outstanding at all times with my endless questions. Highly recommend the store. Cheers.
