Night and Day and Jen were consistently helpful and a pleasure to work with!When a motorized blind malfunctioned, a new unit was immediately ordered and the installer, Darshan made time to install the new unit at the end of his long day.Jen and Darshan gave exceptional service!!!Recommended!

The sales rep Levi was very helpful with providing advice on the style and fabric for my blinds and the installer (Michael) was very professional, punctual , precise and pleasant . Overall, it was an excellent process and I highly recommend the services of Night and Day Window. I love my new battery operated blind !!

I am over the moon thrilled with the Hunter Douglas blinds we ordered from Night and Day Window Decor.From start to finish the experience was spot on. The initial meeting with Corrine on site was seamless and professional.All the coordination behind the scenes with Jenn was perfect.The blinds were just installed and they have exceeded my expectations and the app is so fantastic. So they look stunning and the functions are off the charts.The installer, Mark, was brilliant. He was professional, efficient, coached me on how to use the app, and personable.This is a 5+ star experience and product.

My friend and i were shopping together for blinds for each of our large condo windows. Having shopped around, Corinne was much the most helpful and flexible in helping us choose and price out our separate jobs. Everything went so smoothly, and in fact the blinds came earlier than expected and were expertly installed. I would highly recommend Night and Day.

It was a pleasure dealing with Night and Day. Their price quotes were the most competitive and the service was outstanding . My advisor, Corinne LaFlamme, was exceedingly helpful in product selection. I particularly appreciated how she addressed my budget considerations and identified a range of viable options. I made an error in one of my choices but Night and Days’ commitment to customer service meant it was resolved in a more than satisfactory manner. The installer, who offered advice on the best way to hang the blinds, was excellent as well. I recommend Night and Day without reservation.

Working with the Night and Day Window Decor Team was a true pleasure. Corinne LaFlamme took what at first seemed like an overwhelming design task and made it fun - with beautiful results. Michael Purville was a quintessential perfectionist, and when there was a slight manufacturing defect in one of our four shades, he acted immediately and worked with Jenn Bohme of the Mount Pleasant store to make it right. We're very pleased with the service provided. Under new ownership, every step of the process was prompt and professional. A consultant came to our home with assorted samples, took their time explaining the finer details, then prepared a quote. Later, we placed the order in-store (also, very professional staff), then a separate person came to our home to take more detailed measurements and assess exact placement. Finally, upon our order arriving, the installer contacted us again to come over and do the installation.Overall, a seamless experience, and we're very happy with the product (Hunter Douglas). Will certainly be recommending without hesitation.

The purchase and installation of our 4 shades went very smoothly and quickly.One day we entered the Supershade store and Jasmina was very pleasant while presenting to us all the shade options. A few days later, Stefano came to our place with a lot of samples and to measure our windows. He was very helpful to give us his honest suggestion of what is the best shade choice for us. Soon came Mark to us with his easy going attitude and skillfully installed the shades for us. All of this was developing while Lauren conducted the ordering process effectively.Now we are enjoying our new shades. We love their look and functionality. Super happy!Thank you guys!
