Silvercreek Towers

*** Accidentally deleted this review from May 2021 (Still feel the same way!!) ***Very pleased with the level of service both Lori and Tim (Realstar Management Team) have provided. We knew from speaking with Lori over the phone months ago that she was very sincere and humble. She took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. You can tell that she loves what she does and is amazing at it!This isn’t our first apartment, but we knew that it felt right when we finally had a chance to meet them in person. The level of service is night and day compared to the previous location. Both of them welcomed us with open arms and spent the time to share the great amenities Silvercreek Towers and local community has to offer. It recently went through renovations (replacing the entire front lobby, furniture, mailroom and laundry room. It looks absolutely spectacular. She gave us a tour of the property and two units that were available at the time. We were very satisfied and knew that we had to acquire a unit.The grounds very well kept and maintained. They definitely take pride and care of their property grounds (flowers, plants, lawn, parking spaces being re-sprayed etc) feels like a vacation resort!The apartment is very spacious unlike what we had or seen before. We would not change this for anything! Everything is well kept and the neighbours are very kind and friendly.We have a puppy and Lori was very quick to share that the property was “pet friendly” which is fantastic for a pet owner. I was blown away that it has its own personal dog park where we can allow our dogs unleashed in a fenced in park. The view is so serene that it looks like a spa for dogs as there is a creek flowing through it. We love it!!Thank you Lori and Tim for making Silvercreek a pleasant stay. We are proud tenants for many years to come :)

Decent but way overly priced. Walls are paper thin. You can literally hear a pen drop. Heat can be adjusted but cant handle beyond -5Stream in back is nice. Allows huge dogs. Cleaning is good. Parking has leaks everywhere under ground. Hate to see the mold on the first floor.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could could negative stars I would.The management feels it necessary to have personal discussions in common areas which other tenants should not be privy to. They are often not very approachable, and it makes for a very uncomfortable living situation.There are a few other neighbours that are leaving for the same reason.The building is old, and needs a lot of work. During the winter months I had to buy space heaters just to maintain a moderately decent heat (so my electric bill was through the roof) Christmas Day my kitchen flooded, and I couldn’t leave until they fixed it. I understand they were missing Christmas with their family’s as well, but at least they were getting paid. New Years Eve I was left dealing with a sewage issue in my unit (Happy Holidays to me...)There is mold on the first floor, and the underground parking is leaking and in dire need of repairs. I am counting the days before I can move out.It is far over priced, and are more affordable options in Georgetown. I just rented an entire house for the same amount I’m paying for a 1 bedroom apartment.I’ll pay more in heat and hydro, but it will be worth having a backyard and more space!

I lived here for almsot 2 years. I loved the proximity to the shops and restuarants. The Management team was amazing and always reposnded very promptly to any questions or concerns. The building and surrounds are extremely well maintained.A great place to live!!

Can't say enough good things about Lori & Kelly. Great customer service. Always there to help when needed. Safe, clean & quiet building. Zero complaints! Happy tennant!

Very expensive to live here.There respond time to issues is poor.Also,my son was told to move out his tires for the parking area, whichhe did in a timely manner.There are at least six spots that have tires still in their spots.I complain months ago and nothing has been done??

I've lived here many years and have nothing but the utmost respect for everyone on the Management Team. To be on call 24/7 to have to take calls day or night takes a very special kind of person! Lori, Tim and Kelly are compassionate, caring and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. I live by the compactor often in the early hours of the morning I've had to call too have it shut off, without attitude or frustration it gets done. As individuals, or collectively as a team they do what it takes to resolve issues and get it done!!!Lori, Tim and Kelly from my house to yours, thank YOU and to the family that supports you having this demanding job!!!STAY SAFE!

Absolutely love my new home!!Lori, Tim & Kelly have been wonderful! Staff are compassionate, caring & genuinely interested in the tenants & their well being. Realstar is fortunate to have them working with their company.Felt very welcomed by other residents that I have met.Highly recommend Silvercreek towers. Thank you Lori - all your help has been very much appreciated..

The property management team are excellent at Silvercreek Towers....always taking care of tenants needs/requests....a big thank you to them.
