Went out to get a late night snack as I was very hungry… was it worth it? 100%, I ordered a cinnabon and Rupi and Anjali presented me with the most wet cinnabon. Amazing service from those two.

This was our first time at this restaurant, we had it to stay. We both had the Honey Mustard Chicken Sub and a coffee. To order your food you have to use the big screen display, they can help you if you need help. You can also order the food through the food delivery companies. Public washrooms available, sitting area is limited. The staff are friendly and very helpful. This is a different experience than regular restaurants. See pictures!!

Probably the worst meal I have ever ordered on Skip the dishes. Wow bow basically frozen food. The teriyaki bowls I received didn’t have rice in them they had slop. Watery mush. I cannot believe that this place even exist or gets business.

There is service and then there’s customer service. I got neither.I Went in to pick up my order early morning. Lady at the counter was rude. No greeting. “What’s your order” lady walked away while I was looking for the order number on Uber Eats. Next person walks in and rings the bell. She was actually greeted with an “Hello”. Lady then turns back to me with attitude for my order number. Have it to her, she comes back to me and says she doesn’t have that order number. I then told her it was a chicken salad. She asked what my name was and I told her. She checks again and then asks to see the order on my phone. Showed it to her she then goes and gets my order and practically plops it on the counter and says “here’s your order”, turns to the next lady to attend to her. No “sorry for the confusion or delay”, no “thank you” (as if!). Like me just BEING there was an issue to her. And it was my first time! And what’s worse is that I didn’t do anything wrong.I left the store feeling aggravated the store feeling aggravated and mistreated. What’s worse is that I didn’t even want to eat the food anymore. I had to write this review instead.

I ordered candy bar cheesecake and while it was tasty its about 1/3 the size of a real piece of cheesecake from the restaurant yet the same price very misleading I feel I was duped. Unfortunately there was no mention of this, should be labelled a trial size of cheesecake as its literally only 4 mouthfuls for $12 after tax. As you can see in the picture very tiny piece of cake!

Great customer service. Went there for the first time and ordered crepes, coffee, etc. I love this concept too! They followed my special instructions and i was very thankful for it! Sustainable packaging for the most part.

This place was a hidden gem for me. After I finished my meal, they randomly offered a complimentary slushy! It tasted great! Then a few days before, I made a mistake while ordering my iHop and they gave me free pancakes instead of letting me re-order.The food is quick to come out, it’s always on point, they always add what you want to the special instructions, and the vibe is nice because the workers are very friendly.A very on point place, 10/10!

The food is always quick to come out and quality is on point. Packaging is perfect, and the workers are super friendly and always follow the special instructions to the letter.Would definitely recommend you try out their wide selection, the IHOP meals are solid!
