AMAZING SERVICE start to finish.From the super sweet woman booking the appointment/greeting you at drop off/pickup - to the workers who cleaned my car 10/10 would definitely recommend.As a salesperson always in my car and a mom of two young kids, my car was quite messy. In under 2 hours they managed to clean it to as good as new.I have tried many different places in the sudbury area and this is now my new favourite spot. Great price & great service! I highly recommend using predator auto detailing for your next detailing session. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, I had brought a Honda civic which took the full force of a growing family (coffee, pop, stains from pets and spills) I spoke with the staff and they explained with how bad these stains have set in after years of not detailing, they may not be able to remove the stains. I knew how bad the stains were and said I understood, I let them detail my car while I went home and waited for the phone call.When I arrived and inspected the car it was incredibly clean, (night and day difference) The person I spoke with was incredible he explained everything they had to do. 5/5 would recommend. I will be coming back for detailing services

I brought my car in for a ceramic coating and it looks better then it did when we drove it off the lot brand new. Amazing attention to detail every inch of my car is perfect! The owner and employees are personable and really know what they're doing. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend them.

I just had the interior of my car cleaned here. Wow! It’s never looked better!From start to finish my experience was great. Booking the appointment was easy and the woman I spoke with was so friendly!They were really quick and called me within an hour! I don’t have many experiences with having my car detailed, but I now have my new go-to place.I felt the price was really great too for the quality of work and service.Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and courteous.

What started out as a possible great experience has turned into a nightmare. Bought a used vehicle in August. Front end was completely replaced before purchase under warranty by Laurentian Dodge. When the car was delivered to my home, there was a noticeable clunk in the front end and an issue with the ignition/door lock. When I returned to have the front end dealt with (after denying they even heard the very distinct clunk) they did fix the problem (which turned out to be 2 bolts not tightened properly by Laurentian Dodge), but failed to acknowledge the door lock/ignition issue. At that point we were told we should have purchased the warranty. Shouldn’t have to buy a warranty for a vehicle that literally was just driven off the lot. There was also a distinct howl in the front end and we were simply told it was the winter tires that were on it. When I took it to my personal mechanic, he informed me that the wheel bearings were severely damaged and it was dangerous to drive. Studs were ready to shear off on drivers side. Here we are , 2 months later, $2000 later and the vehicle that we thought was a great deal has turned into a money pit. I suggest taking a mechanic with you when you purchase from here. Very nice personable staff, but not very up front about mechanical issues of the vehicles they sell.
