Very nice place to rent your bike, beside millennium trail wich is perfect for tourist like us. The staff is great, they make sure you have anything you need and that you are safe

We had such a brilliant day out on our Ideal Bike rentals, cycling between different wineries and breweries in Prince Edward County. Ed was super friendly and helpful throughout, and even opened up for us in Wellington despite it being out of season. He gave us tips on where to go and made sure we were happy with the bikes before setting off. The bikes themselves were really comfortable and everyone at the different places we visited was very impressed we'd cycled in the winter snow! It was such a good way to see the area, and as we rode back to Wellington with the sun setting over the snow-covered fields it was really magical. I'd 100% recommend Ideal Bike if you're thinking of cycling around PEC.

I had so much fun with rented e-bike this weekend. I got to be a tourist in my own town and had a blast. Ideal Bike were charming and helpful. Highest recommendation!

The process of booking and coordinating pick-up for our rentals was extremely smooth. Unfortunately our original bike plans were derailed by some poor weather, but Ed was very understanding and was happy to accommodate us. We hope to be back soon!

We were at a beach nearby and needed to pump our huge floaties. I called the store and they told us they may be able to help. We got there and Anna was really helpful. She was very nice and even helped us pump. Aside from that, they have wonderful bikes for sale and rent so I’d definitely recommend this place anytime!!

We met up with friends to go biking in Wellington and they rented a couple of bikes and a child trailer from here. We had a few hiccups, but the man working was super helpful, friendly and apologetic for the delays. While I did not rent from them myself, I saw how he was taking care of the other customers and my friends and I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.Thank you for taking the time to make our day a great one.
