I love being able to shop so many shoe styles at once, and help myself to sizes so I don't feel like I'm being a bother if I want to try on a bunch. They have a huge selection from the very fancy to the very slouchy! Prices are pretty good and they have a large clearance section too.

This is a mixed review, I got a fabulous deal on sandals and a handbag ,very pleased with that. The girl who checked out my order was pleasant and sweet, no complaints there .But my actual shopping experience was terrible due to the assistant manager's clear disinterest in providing any level of customer service . She barely spoke to me and no eye contact when she answered a question. Her body language screamed I'm busy dont bother me. Honestly if it wasn't for the need of the sandals and covid not making it easy to shop around I would have walked out with nothing instead of spending in that store . I expect much more from an assistant manager even as much as a slight interest in a customer . After being in retail and customer related work my entire life I have I high standard ... She didn't meet even the minimal.

A wide rage of shoes available here ... at discounted price, at the far end you can also see alot of options ... the prices seem a little towards the higher end but you can find a wide Range of shoes here ... not many options for work boots though ...

They are completely fraud , they sell you product. and make money from you , and if the product goes bad after 60 days , they ask you to contact manufacturer, they should take the full responsibility and help customers rather than leaving them alone to navigate

I have been shopping here on occasion for years and had my first test of their customer service today. Negative experience. I was trying to exchange a pair of (unworn, in box, bought online) boots for a size up. They only had a different colour in stock - not the colour I wanted but okay. The boots were otherwise identical. The counter person agreed to do the exchange and was half way through doing it, when another person came along and said that was not allowed, there would be a $25 charge for the different colour. She was not nice about it and did not try to be helpful. I just returned the boots and walked out. I won't be back.

I shop for shoes a lot here. Prices are good if you can find a good deal. My only complaint is that it takes way too long at the checkout. There are usually too many staff wandering the store and none at the checkout and they always seem to take so long. I find it really frustrating. I waiting for 20 minutes to make a purchase one day.

The deals aren't as good as they were a few years ago, but the layout, selection, and service have improved and there are still plenty of great deals to be found. I always have a quick browse through the clearance section, where the best treasures are to be found. Selection and sales are always changing, so repeat visits are worthwhile.
