Jump Gymnastics
We paid for one month of classes, went to one, one was canceled for Easter then we got really sick. I was called the day of our next class saying that we would need to pay again for us to be eligible for a make up class. We were not made aware of this policy and we registered with the assumption that this program would be flexible to the needs of someone with a 2 year old. This program is not accommodating to low income people or people who require flexibility.

I tried to give this place a second chance but they were completely useless. I went couple of times because my 3 year old have eager to learn. I wasn't sure at the beginning because the coach did not much to teach her or at least encourage her. After 3 clases the second child joined, that class was a complete disaster. The Coach did not teach anything, the kids were playing, screaming and almost hurting themselves with the gym equipment. I spoke to the manager and he suggested to change her to another class, by the time I already paid a month in advance. They never contacted me, after a month later they contacted me telling me that she could jon the other class, but they will not issue a credit or refund. I never make this type of complaints but they are the worst. Never ever come back to that place. Is not worth it the time.

My daughter has been coming to jump since she was 6 months old and LOVES it. The coaches have helped her become more confident at the park when climbing and not be afraid of heights. The coaches are patient and help the kids challenge themselves. I highly recommend.

My kiddos have been going toJjump for a few years, by their request! Coach Matthew has been such a positive influence on my girls, growing their confidence and skills through thoughtful and directed coaching. I’d give them 6 stars if I could :)

Super fun for my active 1yo. Great staff!Space is much smaller than a gymnasium but it's enough for small children.

Matthew and Anya are amazing coaches, and any time spent at Jump on Cambie is time well spent! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the programs at Jump to friends and family.

My son (6) has been going to Jump for 4 months and loves it! I love the fact that their program is about physical literacy but also increasing confidence, resilience, and independence. His coach is fantastic - very patient and kind, with a great sense of humor, but knows how to challenge him at the same time. Highly recommended!

Jump is fantastic! My two year old daughter absolutely loves exploring the gym at city centre. Coach Shan is the absolute best! I love how patient and amazing they are!! All of the other coaches we had on a one off were also really great. The price point was reasonable, and being a busy single mom I love the ability to cancel a class (most times super last minute!) yet still being able to make them up! Super handy! Our overall experience was A+. Definitely recommend!!

My 3 year old is normally shy to try new things but absolutely loved this place and the staff from day 1. We commune 30mins for this place I would recommend for sure. Great comfortable waiting room for the parents too, starbucks across the street, grab a coffee and relax for 45mins.

My four kids have all gone to Jump gymnastics. Jump has the best instructors and gives kids fantastic foundations for any sport in the future. Three of my four play at provincial level (soccer, karate and track) now and I'm sure the well structured programming from Jump played a part in that, and, the fact that they loved going every time!
