TLDR version is that Corwin and his team are amazing at what they do. If you are considering a purchase/mortgage contact them.Now for the overdue long version of my review.I spoke to Corwin about the possibility of buying my first home back in Jan 2021. I let him know of my particular situation. There was no signed contract between me and him. He patiently, expertly, with empathy and patience heard me out....all throughout my situation would keep changing and he would always advise me on how to build my file up. I called him any time I needed advice or reassurance in those wild market days. I'm old school and don't do emails well. He always called back. The rates kept climbing up but we were very confident on how we were building the file up.The other thing is about not having any false assurances. He never said we got this, this is a done deal. He made sure we were always doing more than is needed. I could go on and on as how supportive, but firm and by the books he is. He is your person to go to for straight up great advice.It's absolutely not an exaggeration to say our first home in Canada wouldn't have happened without Corwin and his team. You have a customer for life.
