Destination Doughnuts

I ordered a Donut “birthday cake” tower this week as something different, and was completely blown away. And not just me, but my entire family. You’ve got your standard issue donuts from you know where, then there are fancy donuts, and THEN there are these.Absolute bliss. It’s like eating clouds drizzled in a selection of incredible toppings.And not only that, great value, fantastic customer service, and wonderful presentation. This just became a new tradition!Thank you so much!

Someone said to me that this is the best doughnuts in Edmonton and I had to try them out, I liked them but I would not say that they are the best, that is just my opinion, I like a more fluffy light doughnut and these were too cake like and the filling in them kinda on the border of being less than half filled with filling.

Me and my friend were in town and looking for a place to grab breakfast. We went to a couple places downtown but they were all very busy.We happened to drive by Destination Doughnuts and stopped in to check it out.They have an interesting variety of Doughnuts, from something like their Fat Elvis which had bacon on it, a Reese’s doughnut and cheese cake doughnuts.I decided to go with the Lemon Meringue Doughnut, it was good.The meringue was really good, the filling nice, but the doughnut itself tasted no different that a quality doughnut to be had at the Italian Bakery on 118th for a much lower price.So for me that’s the crux of it, yes the additional toppings on the doughnut are nice, but not nice enough for me to want to pay double the price when I cant taste that the doughnut itself is any better.Price wise $4.49 for a single doughnut is fine as a treat, you eat one and move on. I will say I wish they didn’t use the plastic boxes to box up their single doughnuts, feels super wasteful.Also the cost of a dozen doughnuts is $42 and that’s good, since if you bought 12 of them single the cost would be $53, so when you buy a dozen its $3.50 each, so the price is better if you are getting a dozen..

Excellent selection of treats brought home for Sunday dinner with the family. The creme brulee was incredible. Yet another reason we keep coming back to 124th! Highly recommend this joint.

I won a free dozen through an Instagram giveaway, and I am so glad I did otherwise I'd probably never have tried Destination Doughnuts as I live in the deep SE.These doughnuts are PHENOMENAL and the service in the shop is wonderful. They folks are so kind and genuine and you can taste the love they put into their craft.

Oh my goodness! Order a half dozen of these today (Uber eats), as our usually fancy donut shop was sold out and was pleasantly surprised. The box they came in was so fancy, simple but quite lovely, but what was inside was the real treat. They are such beautiful and delicious looking, almost don't want to eat them (the picture doesn't show how lovely they are, they look so much better in person).The taste and texture are spot on! The donut is not dense... it's light and fluffy... perfectly done. The topping add a great texture and just looking amazing.The fillings! They are the best, very flavourful without being sickly sweet, very well balance. Pleasantly surprised and will be ordering here in the future. And as a bonus you get to pick your favours, which I absolutely love!

Found them on Instagram, and luckily I was in town on their 5th anniversary, so I got a couple free celebratory doughnuts! They are so tasty, they remind me of the donuts I got treated to when I was a kid. Old fashioned, hand made, fresh ingredients and toppings. Love ‘em!

Very unique donut shop! Had great selection of donut flavours and options. Loved the crème brûlée donut! It had an amazing crunchy top, with a creamy custard inside. Definitely 5/5 stars! Amazing job! ⭐️
