It is the most AMAZING lot ... I would say in the entire lower mainland. If you see one lot this year make it this one... I must see for tourists as well. Actually I'm just kidding this is just a parking lot for him to London drugs there's nothing special about it, it has nice lines nice and bright yellow Cody resembles every other parking lot to be honest. Great small shopping area, london drugs, banks and little restaurant can be found, Life labs and clinics, UPS store and insurance broker are also available around the area.

This is a PAY Parking Lot and they do ticket fast so make sure you pay before you go to the businesses located here.

Somewhat tight spaces to park, and metered. Check to see if the vendors will reimburse you. I've gotten reimbursed by TD for parking.

Terrible parking lot they patrol it often and ticket you. Be sure to have enough change available because if you need to go into a business to get change for the machine you'll more than likely get a ticket the minute you leave your vehicle for the change you need.

Good collection of useful businesses ranging from London Drugs to TD Bank and Medical Building. Food outlets add culinary touch.

Spaces are tight in this usually busy parking lot between the many stores, restaurants, medical offices and businesses. With the flow of cars rushing into the lot from the multiple entrances, many (first time visitors) don't observe the one-way, creating unnecessary traffic in the easily congested space. Cloudy or rainy days ensure much longer wait times compared other lots. When spaces run out, inconsiderate drivers take over the already few handicapped spaces. Tickets are given out quickly, at times even when simply lining up to make payment! During social distancing, only one machine is available at the central area, with a line-up towards Kingsway. Be prepared to spend more time dealing with parking than expected.
