Excellent personal service, with a very wide selection of jewellery, watches, Swarovski crystal figures and other gift products for everyone.

The service would have been acceptable had the OWNER at least acted like he knew more than what his petty Winnipeg friends liked. He caters to a few and those few do not include new customers. Your lack of selection was beat by Walmart you snake oil salesman.

Very friendly place to shop. I will be making the trip to bring my watches here for battery replacement. I stopped in for batteries on two watches and walked out with a beautiful gold chain and a watch as a Christmas present. They even wrapped it for me. It is refreshing to get such amazing customer service when you walk into a business.

This is by far my favourite jeweler in the region. I was able to have a ring made, from a design that was no longer being manufactured. The company is no longer in business and Dean found out who has the designs to make this ring for me. Where else do you get this kind of service? He could have easily told me it can't be done, and take a look at his selection, but he didn't, and that goes a long way with me.There is only one kind, small town customer service that will do that for you, and that's Brennan's Jewellers. There is an amazing selection of watches, rings, charms, chains and collectibles.I find it hard to believe anyone would write a bad review. I have brought in damaged jewelery for repair. I have had watches repaired, links removed, batteries replaced, and if there is something Dean can't do to fix it, he will let you know up front, whether it is worth it or not. Whether or not he can fix it or if attempting to fix it can damage the piece.I only do business with this store. It is the only jeweler I trust with family heirloom pieces. It is the only place I buy jewelry and watches that I would want to hand down to my grandchildren.

Highly recommend. I went to Brennan's in Kenora and the lady that works there was so helpful. She answered all of my questions and was very professional and personable. I accidentally broke my Swarovski necklace and she fixed it the day I brought it in! Not to mention the owner was also very nice. He cares about his customers and his community. You can tell they have both been in this business for a long time and love what they do. My boyfriend also bought me a stainless steel bracelet for our anniversary and I love it! I bought my first expensive watch online, and mistakingly let someone claim they knew what they were doing try to take a link off. They didn’t finish so I decided to take it to this business, much to my regret.Upon examining the pieces of my watch, the elderly gentleman decided the best course of action was to inform me of everything I had done wrong, in a rude and condescending manner. He made a sort of attempt to see if his expertise with watches could help him put my watch back together, in the end it turned out he lacked those skills, saying he was “going to pass”, as if somehow trying at all was going to make it worse.I chose this business because of the glowing reviews I read, but it wouldn’t be fair to anyone else that might be like me, in situation and background, to be treated with dignity and respect, because there’s a chance you may not and I would much rather you be deterred than to have to feel you were disrespected as I did.The man that so quickly disregarded my business didn’t even venture to say what the service would cost for him to try to fix my watch, because he had already assumed he couldn’t or wouldn’t fix it.This was my experience with this establishment, such as it was. Proceed with caution…
