I've been using chit chats now for about a year. It really helps my business which I don't think would be viable without them. Especially the employee who works at the Saint Denis is very friendly and has helped me when I had issues a couple times. I tried the new service today and decided to write a review to say how happy I am (: great job

This branch is closed friday, saturday & sunday which makes it impossible to drop a package off when I'm not busy working since during the week they're only open 10-6. Other than being a few dollars cheaper than Canada Post, this makes it extremely inconvenient to ship with Chit Chats as there is no other location close to me. It would be nice to implement at least a 24/7 drop off box!

I ship every once in a while and have always appreciated their great service. They make shipping very simple.I had forgotten to attach a sales invoice to a parcel going to the States. I was assisted by Rafael through the phone and in a matter of minutes it was all sorted out.Thank you.
