Bought a platform bed and it has been awesome for my teen son going into college as well! But what’s even better is the customer service! One of the little slats broke because I jumped my 250 pound person on the bed and it broke and customer service sent me the replacement part for absolutely free because it has a five year warranty! Awesome

What a great dresser. We put it together and noticed several large dents in the top. Obvious shipping damage. I called them up and spoke with Veronica. She shipped out a new top and hardware no questions asked. No hassle no pictures no claim forms. I will do business with them in the future.

Worst experience ever! I received the headboard bookcase 8 days ago! With missing parts and could not put it together so I contacted the company they told me that they were going to send the parts priority mail and that would have them in 3 to 5 days. Well it's 8 days later and I have no parts so I contacted the company they checked the tracking and found out that the parts have not been delivered because there was a storm that was their big reason why the parts aren't delivering will guess what I get mail all the time nothing is delayed because of the rain this is Florida! And I'm in a wheelchair so this thing has been sitting in my living room blocking my way for 8 days! They could have cared less they were very nonchalant about it I will never use this company again. I still don't have the parts they said that they were going to be delivered today now I do not believe them I'm getting ready to throw this thing in the garbage. because that's what it is garbage at this point I can't put it together and it's just taking up space in my home.

Furniture of very poor quality. I was expecting something much much better coming from Canada. They are known around the world for their fine wood products and longevity. This furniture is the Exact opposite.

Low quality, terrible customer service and managers. The color on the pictures they advertised is completely different from what I received. Two drawers were broken couldn't fit at all, screws were missing, big ugly labels on visible places glued hard, can't be taken off. Very unprofessional and rude CS and managers. Do not admit their mistake. Terrible experience, poor quality. I will never buy again when I see the name South Shore.

We just bought the Fusion platform bed. I was impressed. Quick delivery, reasonable price, good assembly instructions on line, great design/construction. Good quality for the price. I would order online again from them.

It was nice but i still dont have enough hardware to finish the drawer's or the desk on my daughters bed.

Affordable price for bedroom furniture. Metal drawer guides are great. Had a warranty issue for damage in transit and was taken care of immediately. Very friendly.

I purchase a 5 drawer chest and 2 matching night stands. My order arrived so fast the tracking number didn't even have time to be activated. The price was a little more than some of the cheap Chinese made furniture, but the quality of Canadian made is so much better. Super easy to follow instructions. All the parts fit perfectly. When I realized one piece had been scratched, I called Custer service and they were so helpful. Sending the replacement part without any claim forms or pictures. Just quick and painless. So I wait a couple extra days to assemble the final piece, but their prompt response in making it right will definitely have me as a return customer.

In January I called for replacement of couple of parts for the headboard of my daughter..Back then the service was fast and efficient. Today I called again because the parts that were replaced aka the new ones weren't attaching to each other and causing obvious danger to my kid. The customer service agent told me that the Quality team needs to review the photos ,which yes I know that already . But to wait few days until that happens,unthinkable. I'm surprised that company that's 80 years on the market doesn't use common sense policy in such situations where the furniture can cause obvious danger. I'm extremely disappointed this time from their service and I will never buy their furniture again. And I strongly recommend the CEO and managers to allow fast common sense reactions to their customer service agents so they don't lose more customers.
