Spa Westgate

I don't think the lady knows what she was doing.... Not only was she half an hour late for my one-hour facial appointment, she didn't do a good job extracting blackheads neither - I even had to remind" her to treat the so obvious pimple in the cheek. I didn't feel cleaner in the face after the treatment.I also have concern about the hygiene of the cleansing products and towels that they use.I suggest hiring someone trained professionally.No

I had the misfortune of going to Spa Westgate yesterday, I gave the masseuse $50.00 for a 45 minute massage, I had cramps on my leg and provided a special oil for her to use.2 minutes into the massage, she asked how much tip I would give her and suggested sexual favors, I made it very clear that I was not interested and she asked for a $20.00 tip in advance, I told her that I would give a reasonable tip when the massage was over, she kept on talking about tips over and over again and when I refused to talk about it, she pressed my leg very hard causing severe pain, I immediately got up and got dressed and asked for my money back, she started to swear at me, only when I threatened to call the police, she decided to give me $20.00 back.This was the worse massage I ever had which lasted 12 minutes and the masseuse intentionally inflicted pain on me and this horrible experience cost me $30.00.Please stay away from this spa, this spa should be closed down.

I saw Lena last week and she gave me best massage, it really helped my sore back. A very nice girl with big smile. Spa is very clean and I will return...

NEVER EVER GO HERE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY THIS IS NOT A MASSAGE PLACE. Sheets are never changed smells bad unhealthy environment. Go there and get sick.

Very nice massage. Yes it's a bit dated looking, but I left feeling so nice & refreshed. I've already booked again.

The massage therapist put in a lot of effort to make me happy. The room was clean and well kept. Would like to visit again.
