Denis crafted us a masterpiece.I spent quite a few months looking for a canadian jeweller to design a ring for my partner and Denis' name kept popping up as the person with the necessary skills to pull it off. By pure luck he happened to be located in the same city.Working with his wife to nail down the finer points was an absolute pleasure, despite the challenges brought about by the pandemic. They were very patient and the result as you can see for yourself is astounding.The beauty of the ring is almost impossible to capture in pictures. In fact this almost derailed my proposal as my partner was so mesmerized by the ring she did not hear a word I said hahaha.The matching band works perfectly with the engagement ring. It hasn't been a week yet and already she's getting compliments about it from strangers. She herself spends a crazy amount of time just staring at it in disbelief.Again, a masterpiece.

Once we easily scheduled a time and date, Denis and Ruth welcomed us into their cozy home on a winter day. They got to know us as a couple before asking us details about the ring, which felt really special and different from the rest of our experiences. We knew that with Denis' many years in ring making that he was the one we wanted to create this forever gift. During our discussions about the vision of the engagement ring, they listened to our needs and added their expertise and advice through it all. They reassured us of the quality, price and process and left nothing out. We left our appointment feeling excited and even more in love! Ruth quickly sent us the quote with the details and we did not hesitate to accept. Throughout the entire process, my fiance was kept up to date and confirm various elements (as I was left to be surprised for the final touches). Even through a pandemic, Denis and Ruth were able to guarantee us the perfect ring on time for the proposal. When the proposal came and my fiance opened the ring box, the ring was so beautiful I couldn't even look at it. We went with a solitaire, Charles and Colvard Forever One Moissanite with a hidden gallery. Thank you Denis for your craftsmanship. We could NOT be HAPPIER! We are so happy to have selected a local business and we will certainly be asking them to make our wedding bands.*UPDATE: As we celebrated our wedding on Oct 10th, 2020. Ruth and Denis promptly prepared my wedding band on very short notice. My photographer got such a beautiful shot of it.

Ruth and Denis were fantastic! We went for a consultation and they were very well set up for us outdoors. They are very knowledgeable and were very helpful, willing to talk to us about a visit to another store and even gave us tips if we were planning to go the store route. Of course, we've decided to buy our engagement ring from Ruth and Denis as they made us feel comfortable throughout the experience and at no point did we feel any kind of pressure. Highly recommended!

Denis and Ruth are amazing and very helpful. Even though I had a good idea of what I wanted, they were excellent at suggesting options and materials to help make the ring feasible and get the most value out of my budget. I ended up with an exceptionally better ring that I had anticipated and my Fiancé loved it. We have had our weddings bands done by them as well in a matching style. Awesome experience and service using them and highly recommended.

Denis and Ruth were prompt with answering all of my questions and were able to provide amazing service! I came to them with an inspiration of what I imagined my engagement ring and wedding band set to look like. I am so glad we worked with Denis & Ruth. Having an engagement ring that I would be happy wearing everyday was important to me and they were very patient as I asked question after question. Designing a ring with their expert advice was the ideal scenario as I am now absolutely confident that this is the perfect ring for me. It's dainty, with very elegant engravings all around the band, and the stone set lower to avoid getting it caught on things. It's timeless and beautiful. I would not change a thing about the ring they made for me and I would happily work with them again. I highly recommend them!

Jon wanted to create a unique engagement ring for me, and Denis and Ruth made the vision come true. They are very professional and friendly. I always feel comfortable voicing my concern and they always find a way to fix the problem/make it perfect. I never really liked chain jewelry stores, and Denis and Ruth provides the care that I was looking for. They have great practical suggestions through the overwhelming choices we had. This is my dream ring and they made it happen. I highly recommend having them create or repair your jewelry. It was a really fun and memorable experience.
