I can honestly say that this is the best Harvey’s in the GTA. The staff is always welcoming, polite and professional. Overall, the service is great and quick. Our orders are always served hot and fresh. This location hasn’t disappointed me 10/10 :)

i’ve been coming to this Harvey’s for the longest time and within the last year the service here has absolutely sucked. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, the food isn’t made well and it’s very very dirty inside. If you wanna get the true harvey’s experience go to the one on hwy 7. This one’s trash.

Absolutely disgusting! I received a moldy hamburger bun on my child’s cheeseburger! Honestly I am so shocked! Attached is a picture of what I saw when I opened her burger. How can something that like this, that is so obvious to see, still be packaged especially knowing this is for a child’s meal? Clearly no quality control at this location. This is not acceptable.

The staff is bad, the hygiene is bad, the service is bad, how they treat people and overall the restaurant. I wish I could give this a zero but I can only give it a one. My best advice is to NEVER GO HERE. I will not be coming here again.

This location is great and what makes it great for the most part it is the employees. One employee in specific (Tiana) is amazing at her job. She goes above and beyond her duties by bringing a very positive vibe to the counter.

It was a wonderful and pleasant experience at this Harvey's location. The manager Tiana was courteous, friendly and professional. My order was taken and given to me in a timely fashion. Keep up the great work!

Pleasantly surprised today by the good experience at this Harvey’s location! We were craving a couple flame-grilled burgers and hit up this spot for a quick lunch bite.Service was exceptional. We were able to correct our order for two onion ring sides shortly after ordering. The kind staff gave us the opportunity to try the new Ghost Pepper sauce to make sure the spice level was tolerable. And she kindly wrapped it in a different bag from the rest of the order so that it wasn’t mistaken. The Angus burger itself was well-prepared & tasted decent.

Initially my experience of this drive-through was pretty disgusting. The dumpsters are right between the speaker where you order and the window where you pick up. So you better close your window will you drive past. If the air is blowing towards you, it is quite a disgusting smell. Once I reach the window, the girl was extremely polite and helpful. She even accidentally charged me extra for something and refunded it gladly. Now it’s time for me to eat is delicious Harvey’s food!

Angus burger in on sale for $3.99 but they want $1 to add a slice of cheese. Burger tasted great without cheese. One word “Frings” haha. Harvey’s does have the best pickles!! The place is clean and never crowded. They also serve Swiss Chalet at this one with the restaurant attached. Harvey’s is a dying breed and it’s too bad.
