Don't needlessly discard your hard-earned money by blindly signing onto a mortgage with your home bank, give Bailey a call and he will secure you the best lending rate available. Not only this but it is immensely helpful to have someone going to bat" for you against the big banks as well as to guide you through the home-buying process.
