I'm a new customer to Swiftronics and my first time shopping with the company, their customer service is beyond my expectation. Ordered the Nothing Phone 1 online and not realizing it was sold out due to the popularity of the device. I was expected to have waited another week once it becomes available again. After calling the main location and they were kind enough to search and see which location had stock. Luckily the Brampton store had one model with the configuration what I've purchased and they quickly shipped out the phone to me. Received it next day. Thanks guys for going above and beyond for your customers. One of the main reasons why I love shopping local is that you're supporting a company who works hard and ensures customers are satisfied with their order or product they place, but you're acknowledging their hard work ethic as well. I hope to visit one of your physical stores one day. Thanks again for being awesome.

Let me tell you about my first purchase experience with this retailer. The online chat with their customer service was a great experience. They answered all my questions and made my buying experience great. I chose the next business day delivery and guess what I did get it. A bonus was that I had left my item in my cart to do some research on the phone I was interested in and during my research received an email with a discount coupon free shipping which was for an amount of 12.99 which was amazing. After receiving my purchase all the pictures attached are of my unboxing process. I am happy with my purchase. I did the preliminary set up of the phone but am waiting for my case and screen protector that I had ordered online which should be received tomorrow. I will do the final set up and will revise this review if needed. The overall purchase process was easy. I recommend this retailer if you are interested in purchasing a phone. As always do your price comparison online as in my case they were cheaper than even amazon. I will keep you updated if anything arises.

Purchased Sony Xperia 10 IV phone online and I love it. These folks sell great phones and devices that Canadian telecoms don't offer. As long as you do your research on the phone you're interested in (frequency support/ features), you can get a great deal here and not be tied down with a subpar phone on a lengthy contract. Fast Shipping to western canada. Will recommend!

Needed a new phone quickly after dropping mine in water! The creditview store had a great selection of phones at great prices. I would always prefer to buy from a store rather than online so I was very happy that they had the xiaomi model I was looking for. I was very impressed with the service I got over the phone and in-person and would definitely recommend them.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra and received it exactly as advertised. I had a little bit of issue at first and left them a comment but instead of a reply, I received a phone call having live support from them. I mean that means a lot to go that extra mile to make a customer happy. You guys ROCK. I would definitely recommend them and will do business again.

Called about picking up an iPhone XR. It was preowned so I was able to pick it up for only $480. Because it's used, I was expecting some imperfections but it's mint condition. They were also able to provide me with a charging brick, lightning cable, and a screen protector for it, too. The service was quick and knowledgeable.

The most horrible experience with a retailer in Canada so far.The purpose of this review is to prevent others from making the same mistake as I did. Please avoid this place at all cost — they're selling broken smartphones and do not honor the warranty as they should, even if the phone breaks after 3 weeks of use. You will not be able to get any assistance whatsoever.Long story worth reading: I've purchased my Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G for a review while continue to using my Galaxy S21 as my main smartphone.The truth is that in those 3 weeks I've gotten maximum a few hours out of Mi 11 Lite. It was hardly used at all: I took a few shots, checked the screen quality, audio, run some benchmarks et cetera. Only basics.As you can see in the attached photos, it is still in brand new condition, not even a scratch on the rear or the front sides of the phone. And then, after 3 weeks, it just dies — the smartphone starts resetting itself, showing MI" and "Android" Logo hundreds of times

Just received my Asus ROG phone 7 Ultimate, so far extremely pleased. Actually, they are the only retailer that has it in stock closest to MSRP. Will update review if anything changes. Thanks Swiftronics USA.

Best place that offer the best screen protector so far. Not glass won't break,the feel of the screen protector feels natural like it's already part of the screen like it's not there, scratches and scrapes also self heals over time so no need to worry if you accidentally scrape the screen protector. Its also used by NASA in space which I don't know much about but I can assure the quality does feel good when using your fingers to touch/swipe across the screen. Very good customer service and friendly. Definitely going to order the Sony Xperia 5 V from you guys once it's available. if the Sony WF-1000MX5 earbuds come out it would be a nice bundle ;).
