I had a great experience as a walk-in patient at this clinic this morning!The front desk ladies were friendly, sympathetic, and helpful.Dr. Dawkins was great and did a thorough assessment. He gave me the option of purchasing a rapid strep throat test so that I wouldn't have to wait 2 more days for the lab results before starting antibiotics. I was there for just over 2 1/2 hours in total but, as a walk-in, that didn’t seem unreasonable.I would recommend getting there right when they open if you want to try to walk-in though.

When I called to book an appointment with Doctor Ake, the front desk lady asked me why I want to see the doctor and I explained her that I want medical records of my kids. Then after she booked me, she called the mother of my girls and enterfere in my business. After that she called me and cancelled the appointment and she said, I don't want to enterfere in your business and your wife don't want you to have the medical records. I told her that I don't have any court order and I have a legal right to have my kids medical records. She refused and I asked her to give me her name and she don't want to give me her name. She told me to wait on hold and didn't return back to me for 15 minutes till I Hung up the phone. After two/three weeks I went to the office in person to make a complaint about this. The front desk lady Kristin documented my complaint and she said some one is going to call me and no one called me till today. Decided to stop service on Dx clinic and very annoying experience I have ever had with this clinic.

If there was an option I would prefer giving them a no star or a zero. Everytime I try booking an appointment for my baby they say that Dr. Mian's medical office assistant will give me a call back but she never calls. The waiting time is very long but if you are late by 5 minutes they cancel our appointment. Extremely unprofessional physician assistant. Doctor is good though.

All I want is a little help… when I tried to see the doctor for a third time, they sent in the wrong doctor, then told me they could take and fill out my paperwork without me seeing him? So I left. It then took over two weeks for them to complete the paperwork, and when they did, it was completely incorrect - it didn’t even address what I’d been seeing the doctor for and instead was full of outdated information from my files. As a result, insurance is fighting with me and won’t accept my claim. I am now completely unable to pay my rent, or any other bills, and my mental state has declined severely since my first visit. Please, for the love of god, someone help me.Update: after all this runaround the doctor has now said that I should go elsewhere since I’m unhappy with their service. Great to know this place cares.

Every single time I can come here I wait over two hours like so rude people have things to do not waste their time ALWAYS at this clinic !! Every patient complains while there. I have never been through this until I became a patient of dr Eke trust me doesn’t even deserve one star but will not let me post unless I put one

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was there today and was treated horribly by DR ELROY DAWKINS !!! He was so impolite and right away said we wouldn't be a good fit. It was my first time meeting him and I felt bad but I really needed a note for work. He refused to help me and said because he was just meeting me that he didn't feel comfortable giving me a note. He basically told me I'm faking it , and that I'm just trying to get out of work! I want to work but I physically can't do my job!!! Will not be coming back to this dump. Run away from this place , not recommend

Had an appointment booked for 11am was there until 1220pm Dr.Elroy Dawkins came in said he back in 2 minutes... 20 minutes later I got fed up and left too go back too work. I read the reviews and decided to form my own opinion the reviews are very accurate and unless you have the time to wait around all day I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had an appointment for a simple shot. The appointment was booked for 3:50, only after 60 mins we were asked to go into another room, to wait for another 30 mins.In total 1 hour 30 mins for a shot.Makes you wonder if these doctors even really care about people or are their real motivation the volume of people that flow through the clinic.

Dear Manager KimberleyCan you please start getting your receptionist to start booking the appointments for the actual time! My appointment was supposed to be at 5 o’clock today and it’s currently 5:52P.M. and I still have not seen the Doctor!Am I supposed to start coming in an hour before my scheduled appointment; just to see the doctor on time?Everything else about this place has seemed to be OK so far; except for the whole scheduling of appointments. Every time that I’ve ever had an appointment here, I’d always be waiting an hour, if not longer before I’d actually see a doctor..The rating that I had given is based on the scheduling of my appointments and the wait time!
