Ordered take out after browsing the menu online. Called to order, picked up the food and it was 15% more than the price came to online. Mentioned it to the staff who said the kids meals are 12 dollars in store and they have no way of adjusting to match the price online. Normally they offer desert and a drink for kids meals in stores.I offered to take the desert and drinks for my kiddos but “we don’t have take out containers for that”, I asked for a refund and was told no.So I essentially paid for items I wasn’t given, and when I mentioned it and offered a couple of reasonable resolutions was told no to both.

Very friendly staff (best value for any restaurant is customer service for me). Amazing food and very ambient lighting and music for the dinner. My server was super nice (I actually haven’t asked her name). Drinks were great too. The suggestion from the server about the Raspberry Burst was on point. Definitely recommend the place in West Kelowna.

This was our first time coming to this location. We love Original Joe’s and have been to a few other locations. The server was friendly and did the best job he could based on them being short staffed. The food came out fairly quickly. We needed to wait for a little while for our drinks. The rice was not fully cooked. The sandwich and burgers were absolutely delicious! We are looking forward to coming back again.

This is a really nice place, the waitress was as nice as they come. But the hamburgers we tried were SO bland!!! My wife had a pineapple burger, my son had a ACE burger and both said the same thing: the burgers taste like nothing. DId they forget to add the teriyaki??? I had the buffalo wings poutine and i gotta say, the blue cheese was hardly there and they went WAY TOO HARD on the franks red hot. Its swimming in it!! We'll come back and try something else because the restaurant itself comfortable.

Stopped here for a quick lunch. The staff are very friendly and the location is convenient. we managed to get there just before happy hour and were assured that we would get happy hour pricing. Since we were there for just a quick lunch we ordered wine and the dry ribs. They have to be the most overcooked dry ribs we have ever had. They were charred and barley edible. it to bad as Original Joe's normally has much better food.

Normally it is a hit or miss on service or food at this location. Typically it's either food is great, service is poor or vice versa. However, it seems they may have found some good staff. Last visit the staff and food was fantastic! Loved the gluten free options as well! Only complaint is the music is typically incredibly loud so it's difficult to have a decent conversation.

Took my sister and family out for lunch while I was visiting. This place has a real vibe to it....fun and interesting. The menu has plenty of selections across the board. I had one of the favourites....Carolina pulled pork sandwich. It came with a couple of sides and all was great. Generous helpings, cooked perfectly and not too sloppy... my idea of a great sandwich. The others had salads and burgers and all were very happy. The service deserved the generous tip...well done.Nice place to drop into when in West Kelowna.
