Prominence Place Apartments
My family and I walked in for a viewing . The office is clean and the Resident Manager Ramil is very accommodating. The building is old style but you can feel that this is a good place to be called home.There were no available suites . But we were still entertained by the manager welcomely.

Excellent! Building is well maintained along with property around the building. Staff are amazing. Special recognition goes to Ramil the manager. Ramil is available at all times and works hard to ensure all tenants are happy. You do an amazing job!

Prominence is a nice place. Resident man Manager, Ramil is always on top of things.. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We never had problems with this site. Maintenance is always there for us whenever we need him. Good place 5/5. Thank you everybody

Smooth sailing for paperwork, renovated suite with brand new toilet, hard wood floor, windows blinds and vent. Ramil is very helpful leasing manager, I highly recommend him if u need rental assistance at boardwalk

My family and I lived here for a year. The resident manager Ramil of the apartment we stayed was very accommodating and whenever we had concerns he would respond right away. Also, maintenance people were very helpful and nice. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Prominence Place Apartments
The building are well maintained and the staff is friendly and very professional, no better place to live in Calgary. The location is very convenient too, close to everything you need, even if you are a young student or an adult. The bus stop is just across the street to go downtown and other places.

The suite was clean when we moved. Very accommodating staff. The Resident manager helped us in all we needed during our stay. It was a great experience living at Boardwalk Prominence.

I've been living here for a year. All my experiences are positive and excellent.Any service request or issues, I only deal with Ramil or Christian and they gets it done. Great management team and great apartments.
