Indian lady with the slab of black eyeliner on her eyes has an attitude. You may be able to get away with giving that attitude to someone else but, you tried the wrong one today. Hope you learned a thing or two about customer service and how you should speak to people. I also witnessed her be super rude to another older lady in front of me who was trying to send money. You get paid to work here if you don't like it and customer service isn't your strength then you shouldn't work here. Also, drop the attitude and learn how to do your job. I went to drop off packages and verify my identity and she goes I need another piece of ID, no you don't read the screen and look at what the company asked for. Who hired her?

Manjot Kaur the lady Wasted my time. I understand you are giving information to another client, but hogging the check out counter so that the trainee cannot check out others customers its outrageous. She could have politely answered my question and delt with him. But no.Horrible service

You have to wait there for atleast 20 minutes to be served. The girl over there is not caring good attitude. She is not engaging at all. Does not carry a smile in her face. It seems like she is working their forcefully

I am using the canada post service for the first time. And it was really good experience overall. The Staff is very friendly and Eager to help, especially Miss. Harpeet kaur

Went around 3 o clock for one verification. The lady was great and helpful

The girl named Harpreet does not know how to talk to the customers. We were waiting from last 20minutes in the line, she did not mention anything about closing, at the last very moment when we were second in the line she said she can not do anything now. She was so aggressive .She should have told 20 minutes before, wasted time. Slow service.Very unhappy with the services.

I went to post office to pick up my parcel and the clerk told me they don’t have it. The Senior clerk name Manjot double check and any how he find my parcel and delivered to me she is very nice and helpful.Thanks Manjot

Arrived at 4:59PM this Sunday of 19th of June with a big box for merchandise return to Amazon. The young Indian lady who was working at the Canada Post on this Sunday run inside from the front desk the moment she saw me arriving on the aisle. I wait as curtesy not to call for the attendant. After some waiting time she arrived on my call. She told me the place is closed and I can not leave the box. I forgot her name to place it this post, but this is the best definition of poor customers service not to call it laziness!!!!
