Had the most amazing experience at Orly in Laval! My fiance and I were looking for a watch (for him) as well as an engagement ring (for me). We were helped by Paula who was so kind and attentive, she worked with us to find the best items within our parameters. By the end of our visit my fiance left with the watch he had dreamed of for the last year and I left with a beautiful engagement ring. This was hands down the best customer experience we have ever had! In fact, it was so good we have decided to do all of our jewelry shopping at Orly - which really speaks to the amazing servic, since we are from Sherbrook and Laval is over a 2 hour drive for us!

My husband needed a new watch battery which was done in minutes; meanwhile I asked about earring backings since mine were misshapen due to constant wear/sleeping on them. Andre kindly fixed, and cleaned, both my earring and backing (instead of having to buy a new one) and also gave me a safety backing to secure everything in place. Excellent and kind service!

Excellent service and advice. I had bought a beautiful high end watch and Andre really guided me perfectly. I had my heart set on a particular item and I upgraded it because of his proper explanation and knowledge of product. Their pricing was very competitive .The owner was also present when I brought it to adjust the size and they were all very courteous and professional. My next purchase will be there! This place is amazing to go pierce your ears. The staff is super nice and friendly. We met Nathan, really cool guy. He guided us to Iman who pieces my ears. She's super social, very nice and trustworthy! I definitely recommend going to her and this place to pierce your ears. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Going to go do my cartilage in a week or two!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!Situated in Carrefour Laval, I entered Bijouterie ORLY for the first time where you walk in to a space filled with beautiful products.I was greeted by a friendly staff member and asked if they could fix the bracelet on my Tissot watch. It only took just a few minutes for the repair but during the wait I could not get over looking at all the nice pieces of jewelry and watches they carried.Do not think twice or be intimidated to walk-in as they have many products to suit every budget. Ask for Charles, ( a fine gentleman) who I believe is the owner of the store. My experience was memorable and I will consider ORLY again in the near future.

Customer service was the best! Paola was very nice and understanding. I bought a white gold diamond necklace here and the price was right!! I shopped around many stores, but was always willing to go back to Orly. Highly recommend :))

Great service and wonderful selection. If you are looking for something more refined I would suggest this jeweler. I usually purchase jewellery in other countries, but Orly has a beautiful and original collection.I've been searching for a necklace to go with a very important pendant I had. I found the perfect one with them.On another instance, a chain of mine broke and they replaced it within 24 hours. They fixed my watches at a good price too.
