Was craving a Reuben and this place had good reviews on Google. Took a 20 min drive to grab a sandwich and when I get there the restaurant is closed. I arrived at 4pm but Google, Facebook and the schedule they have posted on the actual window of the restaurant itself says they are open until 5pm.

Went to the Saturday market and stopped in to grab lunch on our way out. I had the Corned beef and my husband had the pulled pork. They were both 5/5 amazing. Quality ingredients and full of flavor. The coleslaw had a ton of sauce, it was to die for. I had a broccoli and cheddar soup and husband had a salad. Everything was fresh and the soup was piping hot. Will definitely be back to try more.

One slice of tomato and ONE piece of cut up spinach for a veggie sandwich. The bread was saturated with heavy butter or oil on the outside, and heavy butter or mayo inside (not asked for), and no tapenade that was $1 extra. The coleslaw was swimming in sauce too. Super disappointing to say the least. March 17th, noon-ish.

After reading about Syd's Sandwich Co. We decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed, the Corned Beef Sandwich, Salad and Soup was to a perfection and amazing, what a great job the personal touch can be seen all Ingredients were local except for the beef which came from Montreal. Their drinks are all locally madeI am proud of supporting this local owned business. When you are in Windsor do give them a try you will not be disappointed. I wish they were in Toronto

I’ve been twice now and I will absolutely be back again soon! The house soup (cream of cauliflower) is SO good!! Definitely get it when you go. The girls working at the shop are really friendly. I’ve had the chicken sandwich and the pulled pork and both were outstanding. If you’re looking to support local, without spending a fortune, this sandwich shop is worth the trip downtown. 5/5 - keep up the great work!

Great sandwiches and friendly staff. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my order (about 15 sandwiches) and ensure each meal was labeled appropriately and efficiently for a school event. They also delivered the food promptly which is much appreciated. Shoutout to Carol and Wade for the help.

My sister referred to this new place in downtown Windsor. I’m so glad I tried it! I ordered the corned beef sandwich and chicken with dumplings soup. Both were amazing! I was so full but I couldn’t stop eating! Well done! I’ll be back!

I ordered their corned beef sandwich with double corned beef & homemade soup! Their soup was chicken dumpling soup & it was amazing! The corned beef sandwich was super filling and delicious! I usually don’t like coleslaw but syd coleslaw was creamy & delicious! I will definitely order here again! 10/10 recommend!

I got the veggie sandwich with a greek salad and both were great! The real star of the show for me though was the coleslaw! The best coleslaw I’ve ever had hands down! Can’t wait to go back and hopefully order a huge tub of it! 10/10 would recommend

I had a chicken sandwich and the chicken dumpling soup, and it was amazing!! My boyfriend got their famous corned beef sandwich and a Caesar salad, he was obsessed.They cooked my chicken fresh, and even added cheese to substitute my tomato since I don’t like them. I was very full after my meal.Sydney was so nice at the counter and even made very helpful suggestions when I wasn’t sure what to order.This will not be my last time at Syd’s!
