MaxSys Staffing and Consulting

I started with MaxSys Staffing and Consulting since October 2022. I got posted to Brunswick News, a division of Postmedia Network Inc as a Line Operator and the experience has been wonderful and pleasant.

MaxSys Staffing is a good & helpful resource for those looking for temp flexible employment: Being new to the province and newly retired, they have helped me to earn some extra earnings! Vassiliki Doucette is great! She has helped me find something that fits my criteria in my job search. Highly recommend MaxSys Staffing!

Caught them in a lie, false advertising jobs they don't even have. You'll burn yourself out and even injure yourself working for these people. They are not helpful, they leave you hanging for weeks for a response. And apparently its all a big game to them. I've already had to contact their head offices in Ottawa TWICE now over the lying. But you don't have to take my word for it, you can literally READ it in their emails.

An employment agency - but not gainful employment.They will also lie about compensation. During an interview I was promised $14/hr for a position I have 5+years experience in, but was paid the minimum wage for inexperienced workers.

Friendly helpful staff, knowledgeable and a great experience

Wasted almost 2 hours they took some health & safety tests did a personal introduction round for almost an hour asked me millions of questions answering which I could have became a CEO of a multi national company guy who interviewed me told me that I should get a steel boot and hard hat so that he can get me on shifts right away he assured me that I will be contacted in a day or 2 I was so positive and excited to hear back from them and what I see 2 days after that they are posting jobs on indeed jobs and nobody contacted me no phone call no email and when I approached them by sending an email about the job posting I saw by MaxSys nobody responded back to me I felt very much ignored. And let me add this I was there to ask part-time job anything really lifting and carrying maybe a warehouse job at that point of time I was really in need of job I am glad that I never heard back from them as I don't deserve to be appointed by them nobody deserves that, overall I am still confused that who is running this business and who is paying people there for sitting there and doing nothing such a shame.
