The ladies at the desk are very friendly and make the effort to make you feel welcome. Dr Lau is highly experienced and I unequivocally trust her judgement on my dental matters. The office is always clean (including the washroom).

This is the best dentistry in Mississauga and my whole family has been going here for the past 10 years. Dr. Lau is sooooo amazing and always takes the time to come and talk to her patients and inquire about them, even after just a cleaning. Always attends to her patients so well. Each and every one of the staff at this dental clinic is so caring and attentive to your needs and concerns.. Wilma, Vanessa, Bianca, Hanifa.. They are all just so sweet and amazing and truly care for you. Definitely recommend this dentistry.

My appointment with Dr. Lau was rescheduled since she was sick for the day. The new dentist, Dr. Ye, is very gentle in the dental works. He was able to solve my toothache problem, at least temporarily. Fee was reasonable. He also explained the options to fix the problem permanently.

It was good to see my dentist again after 3 years of post Covid-19 pandemic lockdown. Glad that my teeth are still in reasonably good shape. Dr Lau is always great.

The receptionist is so rude and abuse me on the phone just because I want them to send me the x-ray of my teeth. She asked for the reason of sending me x-ray, and she abuse me, and ignore it with asking for doctor’s permission. Is that taking too long to just simply click on the folder and email? If you want to retain the customer, you have to do your service well and make your customers happy . Isn’t it simple rationale?

I’m always in good hands with Wilma, she’s professional and very gentle. Service was outstanding and relaxing I sleep during my session. I am pleased to have Wilma as my dental hygienist.However, the new receptionists needs some refinement approach. Overall it was a great visit always great to see Dr. Lau and Wilma.

The clinic's services are excellent, there is no waiting in the treatment room and no waiting in reception room , I arrive on time and enter to treatment room directly. The attention to hygiene is very excellent, and the treatment is also excellent. I'am visiting the clinic every six months for the past seven years. Thank you, Dr. Irene
