AVOIDIn the span of 7 hours, 8 different men came to help move, at different times. My mother and I had to help move boxes too or they were never going to finish. Never heard of something like that in my life.One of them that helped it was his first day and he didn’t know what to do. They were not prepared at all. They wasted their time texting, calling people and taking many breaks.I moved 5 mins away from my original place. Im 1 person with not a lot of stuff.I moved last year too and travelled to 3 different areas of the city to pick up stuff (Laval, Anjou and Montreal) with the same stuff and it was cheaper with 2 men only. (Another company)Very expensive for people with not a lot of experience, and I had to work too.Call another company because you will get the job done in less time for cheaper. I paid $1300AVOID UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS

I have used Déménagement 24 several times. They are professional, on time and very hard working. You feel like family is moving you for how well they take care of your things and they are very sociable. You will not be disappointed with this company!!!

The company didn't tell me that there will be a supplemental charge for the traveling even though Andrew promised that there was no hidden fees. He was quite upset that the job wasn't long enough.I do not recommend I paid 1 hour more when I didn't use the service for that hour.

Honest review, They did a great job moving our stuff, it was not easy. But I had a small 4 1/2 and I had to stop because I had taken way too much time (6 hours), it’s heavy season so prices were surging and it ended up costing me a fortune. At the end they push you to make a great review and it sucks cause I would not have wanted to put any review at all. They are human, it’s a tough job, they have a lot of clients, I am very comprehensive of the situation. But it cost me more than my rent to move on June 30. I would have been okay with the price if they would have moved everything, but no I had to finish the job with my car and my dad’s truck, which is what I was avoiding in the first place by hiring a moving company. So this is the honest review, not the one I was forced to write when they finished the job and paid the invoice.

BEWARE!!! NEVER IN YOUR LIFE USE THIS COMPANY!!! It took them 12hours to move a 4 1/2 to a other that was maybe 20mins away. They then damaged many goods while moving out and told my mother they would call her to fix arrangements for the damages. After coming with someone who didn't speak French (how convenient) they laugh at my mother's face about the damages and said that she SHOULD EXPECT HER GOOD TO BE DAMAGE DURING MOVING !!!! They then never called her or answered her email. They went all silent . We are looking for legal actions against them right now.

I had a moving with these guys and honestly it was the best service that i received in a while, they handled my stuff with care from the beginning until the end! Real professionals and very good prices ! I recommend 10/10!

They were able to move it quicky!Thank you guys!Update : after i came back to my first apparement, I found doors and patio door open (rain got in, ruined a couple of boxes). A lot of boxes i asked to move were still there, although i made sure to say it and repeat it to the movers. The fact that none of them spoke French and only one spoke some basic English might have been confusing, but I'm pretty sure that pointing repeatedly to a box is a universal language.Finally, i tried to contact the owner to get an explanation, after ive paid 700$ for 1 bedroom appt move to 1 street over, without any heavy utilities, while forgetting a third of my boxes in the old apartment. After answering me the first time, the owner dodged all calls and never returned ANY of my voicemails. Price also was different than the agreed upon amount.Forgot to say they arrived 2h30 late.Best of luck to anyone doing business with them. Would absolutely not recommend.

This company moved my furniture, and it was the going rate. The said they had insurance, but lost a valuable antique lamp with a parchment shade, valued at well over $1500. They say they didn't lose it. I saw them put it in the truck last. Perhaps they took it out first and put it on the sidewalk? Or broke it, but refuse to allow me to make a claim. Secondly, there was a large couch that they left in the lobby. It wouldn't fit in the elevator, so we asked them to come back to move it up the stairs and we would pay. They didn't respond for 2 days so we found some else. We had to pay an extra $250 for this service. Forget about this company if you want insurance and good service.
