Jurees Thai Place Restaurant
One of our favorite Thai restaurants in the city. The food has been good every time so far and the staff friendly. The portion sizes are a bit smaller than some of the other thai restaurants, and it's a bit pricier. The dishes are nicely decorated and presented. You can choose the level of spiciness for the curry. We got the green curry and pad thai with the coconut rice which were very good.

Had an amazing that meal at this authentic Thai place. Enjoyed the chicken wings, red Thai curry, chicken basil with coconut rice and steam rice.

I cannot recommend coming here for lunch. The lunch menu is only available for takeout. I chose the pork green curry and it was extremely salty. This is first time I ever wanted to send my food back because it was almost inedible. The price was also very high at $22, considering the portion size and quality of food. Also the coconut rice was $8 and was quite mushy. My fellow diners did not finish their pad thai and other curries that they ordered. It seems the quality of their food has declined since the Pandemic.

The place is a little gimmicky, with the over the top decor and garnishes, but we had some great Thai food. I got the green curry with chicken and coconut rice and my wife had pad Thai. Price point is a little high, but not too bad. Good portion sizes and great flavors.

Came here for dinner with friends. We ordered a few appetizers (papaya salad, stuffed chicken wings, satay skewers), their non-alcoholic coconut drinks, their special fish, a pad thai, a green curry beef, a small coconut rice, and desserts (Thai custard and Mango coconut rice).Our favourite appetizer was the stuffed chicken wings with a curry filling. It was crispy and flavourful. The satay skewers were good but we didn't quite understand the toasts that came with them - loved the peanut sauce.The coconut drink was filled with coconut flavourful with super tropical presentation (same as their dishes). We loved how they gave us an extra glass of the drink for the volume.The pad thai and special fish were tasty. We found the green curry beef a bit of the runny side and could use a bit more coconut flavour. The beef was lacking beef flavour. Desserts were definitely authentic. The Thai custard has a taro flavour in case anyone likes/dislikes taro.Overall, very great service by our servers and nice ambience inside the private room. We wish they are open a little later for Fridays and weekend though. Will definitely come back to try other dishes.

One of the best places for Thai food over the years! Whether you are looking for a curry, fish, or a noodle dish, you can't go wrong! We started with the stuffed chicken wings which have a nice crunch with tender chicken between a non spicy curry vermicelli mixture (it contains some carrots and ? minced pork). Strongly recommend the matsaman curry if you are looking for one that is sweet & creamy and their pad Thai is solid too. Their coconut rice is fragrant, creamy, and slightly sweet. All of their dishes are packed very flavorful.At the end, don't forget to try one of their desserts such as the mango sticky rice!

Whoever said the portions are small is lying. We got the fried fish and combination appetizers and it’s definitely enough for 3 people. Their small size coconut rice is a lot for two. Everything is so so good and flavourful.

Went there for a nice dinner last night with a bunch of friends, arrived at 7 and it was almost full, good thing we reserved ahead. The food and the drinks were good, so was the service!
