Best Western Diamond Inn

I am in wheelchair. Motel has no proper sized handicap parking spots, very annoying. Need to ensure that I can load/unload my chair.Booked handicap room, bathroom size was ok. The handicap bar for toilet was barely acceptable, should be located five inches more forward to be of better use. Shower was one piece moved shower. No good for person in a wheelchair as when sitting on designated seat can't reach controls and shower head pointed in wrong direction also. ( would need to get staff to change if I could've reach the controls). Plus not that easy to transfer to the seat. It is the best option if staying in Three Hills.

The staff were very welcoming, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The rooms were clean, awesome bathtub for taking a leisurely bath, beds were very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

Stayed in the Paradise Suite. Wow! Nice, clean room. Fireplace, TV, fridge, and jacuzzi were all in working order and perfect. The pool and water slide were lots of fun. VERY good complimentary breakfast. The owner also treated us like family!

The hotel was so nice and quiet! I loved every part of the stay. The staff were all very nice. The hotel was bright, clean and quiet.The hotel is located close to all amenities within walking distance and a nice little restaurant next door.I will be staying here again.

Great room, clean. The best part was the breakfast- I don’t usually eat anything other than oatmeal or toast because everyone uses fake eggs and sausages. Not here- Susan runs the kitchen and she is an absolute bright light first thing in the morning and it’s real food! I had eggs, sausage, bacon etc:) the gym here was also one of the best I have been to with large machines instead as of just weights in the corner. Thank you!

We have stayed here several times over the past year and have always had great service. The check-in is easy, the rooms are well designed with comfortable beds, and the complimentary hot breakfast is excellent!

Some staff were great and understanding to our companies shifts. 24 hr a day shift work . In general I found them not very accommodating to room service or breakfast timing. Our room was not cleaned in a week. I dont need my bed made up but towels and garbage and a sheet change every few days would be nice. Not impressed, we spend a pile of money on hotels you think they would be more accommodating due to the simple fact there are other choices to be made of where to stay!

WOW!!! This is by far the nicest, cleanest hotel that we have ever stayed at. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!We planned an overnight trip to Drumheller from Edmonton, but the hotels in Drumheller were charging exorbitant rates, so we decided to stay in Three Hills. This was one of the best decisions ever!The hotel staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The first impression of the hotel was that it was extremely welcoming and clean. There was ample free parking, and some rooms exited onto the ground floor.Our room was the cleanest room we have ever stayed in, and even though I am very critical of hotel rooms, I have nothing negative AT ALL to say about our room or the hotel in general. The only comment I would have is that the breakfast area was a bit squishy, and I felt a bit uncomfortable especially with COVID still hanging around. However, the breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of both hot and cold foods, and the server was a lovely woman who went out of her way to help everyone and make breakfast a pleasant experience.I would highly recommend this hotel as we were extremely satisfied with everything!Thank you for reading this and I hope it help you!

This place is a great place to stay!! It was nice to go and visit drumheller so close by, but so lovely was This little town of Three Hills to walk around. The hotel is close to everything and it was such a nice place to stay. We appreciated the fact we could have our dog there. The best feature here I think though is the staff. They were all so great and professional but the one that really stood out was Susan in the kitchen. What a gem of a lady! Such a genuinely kind and friendly individual. If traveling to this area definitely check this little place out!!

I am genuinely impressed! After staying is so many hotels recently it was nice to come to this one. The staff are all super friendly and engage easily in conversations. They truly want to make sure your time in the hotel and area is maximized. They ask how your day was and offer if you need anything. Breakfast was great with super friendly service. As if you were being served at a nice restaurant. The rooms are clean and it was nice to get the family pass to the aquatic centre. We are 2 nights into our 4 night stay and I will be back!
