Messi was very nice and professional he showed us all the mattresses.

We recently purchased a king size mattress and happy with it. Ahmad and Messi were the two sales guys that were very helpful. There were issues with delivery afterwards which eventually got resolved, but that is a separate issue from the good experience we had at this branch.

Delivery of my mattress was unprofessional and anything but smooth. Sleep Country refused to take away my old mattress and still charged my credit card for mattress removal. When I called the sales representative at Sleep Country he was rude and wouldn’t help me reverse the removal charge or offer solutions. I have 3 more mattresses to buy for my home and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Worst delivery and after sales experience.

We bought two twin mattresses from Sleep Country and the mattresses we received were much harder than the mattresses we selected from the showroom. The mattresses are so hard we are unable to sleep on them. Nobody at sleep country shows any interest in helping us. So far we have approached the original sales person twice (were told that we had to wait a couple of weeks for the mattresses to warm-up and soften, and then we were told we had to wait a couple of years for the mattresses to break-in to the same firmness as the showroom model). We also tried to contact Sleep Country's customer support line which refused to help us, and we contacted management by email twice and phoned management twice and have yet to receive any response. Do not deal with Sleep Country, they are obstinate and do not stand behind their product.Ivanka

Horrible customer service. Purchased a bed and it broke within a month. Negligible customer support and rude staff. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SLEEP COUNTRY!

Bought one of Sleep Country's expensive, high end queen matteries recently, and it's very uncomfortable, giving us back problems. We passed our 100 days trial, as we thought we needed longer to adjust. So we can't return it now, and Customer Service will do nothing for us, even thou the top matteries sinks in/dips in four areas by 2

Bottom line they sold me a very firm coil mattress that I sleep great on. My back is feeling good. Best service. Patient. Thorough. Good delivery. Price matched in a very fair manner. Very happy with sales lady Claire! Highly recommend.

Received excellent customer service from Rajiv. He was patient and knowledgeable. In-store experience went well, was able to test out the mattresses I researched online. Purchase and delivery was seamless. Both gentlemen who delivered the mattress were kind and quick. Overall, a great experience.

Messi was fantastic and super helpful walking us through the different types of mattresses available, and the ones to look at in our price range.
