I saw Dr. Amanda a few months ago when I was still pregnant. I was having some pain in my lower back and hips. She did some acupuncture on me as well as massage. I was nervous at first because I've never received acupuncture before. She did a excellent job of explaining what would happen and how it would benefit me. And it didn't hurt at all! The next day my back and hips were noticeably better. I've recommended her to lots of my family and friends, and definitely recommend her to anyone who is pregnant, she is great with all pregnancy related topics.

As soon as you walk into this amazing experience you will feel calm and relaxed! The general vibe of The Root is perfectly quaint! Staff are amazing! I was offered a tea and right away and felt Cozy and relaxed. I did 30 mins on the Bio Mat, which I had never done and highly recommend you do, especially if you're a Feb baby like me as it has amethysts in it! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Dr. Lauren is soft spoken, genuine and just overall lovely. She makes you feel at home and has the perfect calm demeanor for her job! I Highly recommend this clinic!

Today was my first visit to The Root for a massage with Anna. I had a fabulous experience from start to finish. I was greeted by friendly staff and enjoyed one of the most amazing teas in the waiting area - one of Dr. Lauren's blends. The atmosphere was inviting and the room was cosy. My treatment was excellent - it was the perfect blend of relaxation and repair, as we had discussed during a thorough consultation. Anna addressed my issues and provided great advice to help maintain my results. Highly recommended!

I met with Dr. Stephanie Fairborn 6 weeks ago - my first time ever seeing a naturopath after a few failed attempts treating a skin issue with a dermatologist. Dr. Fairborn was incredible. She is very knowledgeable, easy to talk with and she sent me an extensive treatment plan within 48 hours or our first meeting. I was so impressed and grateful. Not only is my skin looking better, but the supplements she prescribed have helped both my anxiety and bloating issues. I highly recommend Dr. Fairborn and will continue my treatment with her.

The Root is a beautiful, welcoming clinic and I've thoroughly enjoyed every visit with Dr. Lauren and the other team members. Each practitioner takes their time to get you know you as a person and not a chart number without rushing the process. I've always felt their personalized approach to health care refreshing and relaxing. The Community Acupuncture sessions are a unique offering that I've used many times thanks to the ease of being able to drop-in and utilize the calming treatment space.

The most knowledgeable Dr's and therapists under one roof. No need to jump from one locatioton another. If you need it, they have it. Every time I leave, I'm better for it. Angie, Mary and all the staff, thank you!!

My visits to Dr. Lauren are always such a treat. Her clinic is a calm, welcoming environment full of friendly people, all wanting to help. My first appointment was 2 hours long, I really felt as though she wasn't on a timeline with me and wanted to leave no stone unturned in my health history. Her treatment is specific, right down to the teas she blends right there in the clinic for her patients. I would highly recommend this clinic! Dr. Lauren Wedlock-Brown is my primary and she is extremely passionate about what she does. She is caring, down to earth, and truly dedicated to helping you feel better. I always feel genuinely heard and cared for during our appointments. She has helped me resolve various health issues, including severe migraines which I suffered with since childhood. Since implementing her treatment plan 3 yrs ago, I have not had ONE migraine!I have also seen Dr. Stephanie and Dr. Amanda-- they are also wonderful!Lastly Keira, their receptionist, is super friendly and welcoming.I have noticed significant changes in my wellbeing since I started going to this clinic.
