Terrible customer service. Held my phone and charged me an extra $140 because they got the model of my phone wrong. Never going there again and would not recommend to any friends or family.

Terrible service. I wanted a phone screen repair. They installed a bad screen that felt like plastic. The screen was unresponsive & they denied a refund/exchange for it. I do not recommend this place for repairs.

I definitely do not recommend this place they are a fraud. My husband went there in February to get my phone's back glass fixed charged him 80 dollars, within 5 mins the back glass got cracked without hitting or dropping I went back to them right away they told me come back next week they'll fix it free of charge. I couldn't come back for next two months due of my sickness so when i went back they tried their best to not remember me even though I had my receipt after a while they remembered, refused to fix it for me blaming me for not showing up for the last two months. I kept mentioning to them that I was on sick leave so I couldn't come neither could my husband, they still refused to provide me service unless I pay another 80 dollars to get it fixed for a mistake that they made giving me faulty back glass that cracked within 5 minutes. Not only that they expected us to pay extra because the same person is not with them any more (i wonder why) since its someone else they charge alot more then last time . This is very disgusting and unprofessional behavior from them they expected us to pay extra on the mistake they made. I do not recommend this at all save your money and go some where else.

Terrible customer service and poor attitude towards clients. I purchased a cell phone screen saver that I was advised was the correct one by the representative after showing my phone and settings that stated the model. When I got home and unboxed the item I realized it was not the correct size. I was directed to the owner by the kiosk rep on return who was very rude and did not let me speak and kept repeating they do not so returns.Spend your money somewhere else that has manners and appreciates clientele.

I came with an iPhone 6 for a battery replace and this guy almost broke my phone. I got it back with lots of scratches and wrinkled on the side, the phone was in mint condition and loom at the picture; thankfully he did not brake the screen. He asked for the case when I came to pick it up so I would not noticed what he did. Very dishonest thing to do ...

They make up prices! He sells his $40 glass phone protector for $10 no tax to my friend, but for me it’s $40 plus tax, so I guess they pick and choose and avoid tax..also the main reason is tHey broke my iPhone trying to put a chip mod in it. The broke the sim reader and then they accused me of lying and updating my phone. It cost me $250 at apple to replace it. After weeks of back and forth, terrible service, rude customer service I just got a new phone. Both the gadget store and his kiosk near the food court are bad service and rip offs and I thought I’d just let everyone know instead of wasting their money and time

Customer service is poor when it comes to returns and exchanges. I was dealing with Sam- he was very rude. They have no problem taking your money but if something is not right with the product they sold, they make it very difficult to return or exchange. It's better to go somewhere where you can guarantee better customer service , especially if something goes wrong with the product.

If I could give it zero stars I would, this place is a total ripoff!! My son took his phone in to have the screen replaced. He paid what they quoted but the store employee wrote down the wrong model so when they sent it out to be repaired the repair shop said it would be another 140.00. @Gadgets would not accept responsibility for their error and would not return the phone until the 140.00 was paid.
