I was really impressed with Sam and his crew. The price was very reasonable, they did a beautiful job of shaping my trees and left my yard spotless. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Heritage Tree Services.

East Vancouver home owner who has lot's trees to manage. When I contacted Sam, he was quick to respond and completed all the work requested. Sam is patient, easy to talk to and his crew were polite and professional. He even informed the City that all my permit requirements were satisfied which was fantastic. I have already informed Sam I would like to have him back in the spring to get the yard ready for summer.

Sam has come to my aid twice now, first for safely removing heavy branches over a structure and second for reducing some seriously overgrown laurel hedges with a few tree removals. He and his crew were fully equipped to deal with major debris disposal and cleanup was great. I've talked to others and his service and attitude is still the one to beat.

Sam and his team were honest, trustworthy and effective. They were knowledgable about the COV regulations around restrictions and limitations, worked within the letter of these rules and helped us understand what could and could not be done. With that said the team completed the pruning on our 50 year old plum tree as per our discussion, cut up the larger branches into firewood lengths and conducted a spotless cleanup. Nice folks, great workmanship from knowledgable arborists. I would definately recommend Heritage Tree Service to others, in fact I already have. Thanks guys for terrific service!

Sam and his team did an amazing job! From the moment they arrived (on time) to the time they left, he and his team were professional, friendly and used an expert eye to make sure that everything was done correctly. They also cleaned everything up before they left and I would definitely recommend their services.

Sam was great to work with! He was amazing to watch as he systematically cut down our formerly beautiful but now dead cypress tree that was around 90 feet high. He and his crew then left our and our neighbours' yards in great shape. He was very professional and responsive to our questions and emails. Recommended to us by a friend, I will in turn strongly recommend him to anyone who asks.

Well to start it off one of the crew blocked my whole alley way leaving no room for me to leave my house. After a long time he moved the truck and decided to take picture of me and my car without my consent. I am super mad as to how unprofessionally this was handled as I saw this company had great reviews. Please be more cautious next time and please don’t take picture of other people’s house and cars without asking first...this impacted me as I was almost first in my warzone match we can 1v1 in gulag to settle this gigantic issue....

Sam and his crew were just fantastic! They arrived promptly as scheduled and did a great job trimming our trees. Sam was very informative and so easy to communicate with. After completion of the work they cleaned all up spotlessly. Will always use their services and highly recommend Heritage.
