Have you ever tried to move a family of 4 to Vancouver island? It’s extremely stressful. I booked an appointment for our dog to be groomed so she would be out of the house when the movers arrived and the friends she would stay at for 3 days while we moved asked that she be groomed to prevent shedding on their furniture. I woke up on moving day at 6:30 to walk the dog and brush her before her appointment. I showed up on time only to be told the appointment was cancelled because staff called in sick. I wasn’t offered any alternative and they wouldn’t even let me buy any products in the store because “it was too early” even though I saw a bunch of staff in there. I called all the other grooming shops in the area and they are all full for today. Now I have movers showing up and nowhere to put my dog for the day. It’s too hot to leave her in the car. And I can’t take her to my friend’s house for the next couple of days Because she hasn’t been groomed as was asked. I work in the service industry and I understand people call in sick. But sometimes you have to buckle down and make it work. A manager might need to step in and pick up some grooming, shears, or else you need to take five minutes off every appointment in the day in order to squeeze in an extra client or else work a little bit later. I’m very disappointed with the lack of sympathy, lack of effort to rectify their own issue. From now on I’ll stick to the little guys. They’re cheaper anyway.** update I couldn’t help but call in and talk to the manager. He was kind and offered another appointment on another day as well as a credit. It didn’t help us out the day of and would’ve been nice if they had offered this during the initial visit.5 stars for the quality of the care/grooming of my pet

Was a very comfortable experience. Went to look for a cat stand with my daughter while my hubby went to shop for tools at another store nearby. They didn't have the stand, but they had cats up for adoption. Also, a lot of other pets: guinea pigs, birds, fish... spent quite a bit of time admiring the animals. The staff was great. Didn't try to hard sell us or rush us.

Our pup Cali gets her haircut every couple months here. 5 Stars! Pet Smart Team communicates well and treats her great and haircuts looks awesome. Marcelle E cut Cali today 5/5 recommend!!!!

I brought my border collie in to this location to be groomed, and can't say enough good things about Marcelle. She did a fantastic job - the best of anyone we've had groom our dog. This was our first visit to PetSmart for grooming, and we will definitely be back. We hope Marcelle is still there next time we want to bring our dog in. She was friendly, kind to our dog, and again, did a stellar job of the grooming.

Friendly staff and a very clean store! The displays of the store are well thought out and the staff were very courteous and helpful! They also accept manufacture coupons here which is a great way to save a few dollars! Nice to see a wide variety of foods for your cats and dogs!

This location is amazing, their small pet selection is so wide they have tons of merchandise that smaller petsmarts don't carry. Plus petsmart staff are always nice, no matter what location I go to

Able to find everything I need for my rabbit. Other pet stores lack exotic animal food and products. PetSmart has a great selection that caters to all critters.

It's always a pleasure to stop at this Petsmart location. As soon you walk in, the cashier is happily greeting you and welcoming you.

This store have a vast array of things for every pets needs. I love just looking through their inventory. The staff that was there on my visit was not very friendly or helpful. That shouldn't discourage anyone from exploring this great store.

Not a bad location. Lots of parking. Selection of toys and collars is not the biggest. Food selection is good. Customer service is excellent!! Overall an ok/decent place for all your pet necessities.
