This company gives you a two hour service window with a promise to call you when on the way. I got a call 15 minutes before the two hour window was supposed to end. The call came from a private number, so you have no way of identifying that it was a business calling and private numbers are usually a telemarketer or someone with whom you do not wish to speak. Technician did not bother going to the door to ring a buzzer to attempt to fix the problem. After families waited for five days without a washer, for this company to show, the company rudely refused to come back that day and instead rescheduled for another 2 days later. Atrocious service. Went with a different service provider
