Deborah and another lady and I'm sorry I can't call her by name. Greeted me at the door, both very happy and pleasant on a rainy day. Instantly my mood was better because of that. I had questions which Deborah answered and took me to all the products I asked about. She is one heck of a person and representative for toy's r us! It is because of people like Deborah that there is hope for retail rather than Amazon. Hopefully toy's r us recognizes Deborah and the other lady.

I have bought a few Lego sets from the store Toys R Us for my son. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They definitely follow the covid-19 guidelines and the store is clean. There's a wide variety toys and hobbies for children of all ages for sure. There's ample parking at the store as well.

We love toys r us argyle mall! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. And there’s so many fun toys to look at and play with. My girls always have a blast. Plus, bonus, the last few Saturday’s we’ve been there there’s been colouring stations set up and they’ve also been able to meet Geoffrey the giraffe! (I think that’s his name haha). Super cute!

Any time I’ve been there they’ve had what I was looking for in-stock! The staff is always ready to help and go out of their way to ensure their customers find exactly what they need. There’s even been a few times where they’ve run interactive events for customers which was super fun, I won a $25 gift card! Prices could be a little better but that’s a Toys R Us subject, not this particular store. We intend to continue visiting this location for years to come.

Large toy retailer with all toys kids could ever want. They price match for most things as long as the item is in stock in the store that you are price matching with. The associates are pretty helpful and pretty respectful as well. It wasn’t overly busy when I went Saturday afternoon. Store is clean and fairly well organized.

Store is still nice but major disappointment that they have completely removed the video games section. This is a location I have gone to since I was 5 I'm now 30 this one change makes me actually want to shop here less because then I can't window shop well my daughter asks me what games she's allowed to play and properly educate my child on the ESRB ratings.

Estelle and Jodi were excellent. I was looking for a toy that was supposed to be in stock but couldn’t find. They searched everywhere with no luck but didn’t give up and eventually found some in the back. They were very kind to my son and helped him pick out the colour toy he wanted and gave him a high five at the end. They were great - thank you!
