FedEx OnSite

I had to hunt for the place. I even went into Purolator to ask where FedEx was. It's inside the vacuum cleaner store. There is only a tiny little sign at the corner of the window. They must not want too many customers!

Not only hard to find but also provide inaccurate information and delayed service. They don't care about the business at all. Usually my shipments or mails are shipped by UPS or Purolator. I paid for the highest rate - overnight service on the Dec 28 to have the mail as soon as possible. I waited for the document all day on the 30 and 31 but I had no idea why they didn't text or call or notified me when they came to my building. Instead, they left a note on the door on the 31 that they missed me. Patiently I waited until Jan 4 - no choice. On Jan 4, Google showed that onsite office opened, it was not holiday in FedEx holiday calendar either. However, in real life, they closed. I went in the morning, hunted out the location around 10:30 am and it closed (store time in Google is 10 am to 5pm). So I checked the tracking. My mail was on the delivery truck so I went back home and desperately waited for the FedEx truck. Until 1pm, I saw the tracking updated: Future delivery date requested." Honestly who requested it? None of me nor the shipper requested
