A great place take and shop for your pet. We always took our Llasa, Sara with us when we visited. They were always glad to see her. Staff are very knowledgeable about their products, as well as the animals they have for adoption. They have a good selection of fish and are also knowledgeable about them,and product types required for each. Staff are also pleasant patient with all ages.

Great customer service. This location didn't have much of a selection of fish blend dog food products for dogs with allergies.

Good selection of pet food(specifically cat), and accessories. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The buy 10 get 1 free rewards program for food is great.Pre pandemic they have pet for adoption, which was always tempting.

We always have a great experience when we visit this location. The man who is working most days, Scott, always makes us feel welcome and is so helpful if we have questions! We have been especially impressed lately with their COVID precautions! They are being very careful and clearly care for their customers a lot!

Been to this store a few times but more times than not we get very unwelcoming vibes from the older gentleman who owns the store. I dont usually leave reviews but this is the third or fourth time weve had encounters with him that made us feel awkward and unwelcome. He rushes people out of his store who want to look around, he doesnt like the idea of dogs in his store, he was very rude to us when were trying to find a muzzle that fits our dog and suggested we should just avoid muzzle training her so we can get out of his store so he can grab dog food for somebody. Hes also very pushy on products when weve told him no more than once. Just overall a very rude and suspicious man. We'll be going to paulmacs from now on. Much better prices and the staff dont push you out the door.

What a truly great store and staff. Thanks for all the help and friendly attitudes you all exude each time we come in for supplies. It makes a difference.

First store in Oshawa sold me a brush for my cats dander but it didn't work then I retured it to the store in Port Perry. He was more helpful there
