Hope Canada Tax
They charge the accounting fee upfront but not providing any customer service. No email response, not provide help through phone calls. My tax adjustment has not been submitted after two months from the initial visit. And they also provide unprofessional advices which leads me submitting tax in the wrong items. What is even worse, the service charge is not even cheap. I will not come back or recommend this to anyone.

I filed my 2021 taxes with Hope. And so glad I did. Tony was very helpful. I won't be going back to H&R block. Hope Tax is great! I highly recommend them.
