Had a meeting set up with an estimator to come measure up our window for replacement. After leaving work early and moving all the heavy furniture in our living room to make it easy for the estimator to gain access, said estimator called 15 past the appointment start time to notify us that he wasn't going to bother to come. Had me take measurements for him and then sent me a quote over text message with a drawing of the window on a notepad. When asked for an official quote to be sent over email they ghosted us - which does not make you feel confident as a consumer in giving this company your credit card information. Red Deer Windows & Doors sent an actual Manufacturers drawing, promptly answered all emails, calls and questions - they might be more money, but they will be getting our business for the sake of professionalism.

Sergio and team were outstanding to work with. He spent the time with us to really understand our needs, responded quickly to all questions, and made good suggestions on ways to save money and design. The quality and accuracy of his measuring and quoting was also extremely on point! It’s been a pleasure.

Sergio was fantastic through this process. He was very helpful through the decision making by showing me lots of options and giving me his honest opinion.I highly recommend him to others.

Sergio is very knowledgeable and informative; he answered all of our questions effectively/clearly. He made recommendations based on our needs. He did not pressure us at all. Windows / hardware samples are also provided for reference / perusal. Both of us enjoyed Sergio's sense of humour as well. We look forward to having our new windows and doors installed. A follow up review will be posted once that is done.

Not impressed with the office. Asked to have my wife contacted rather than me, as she's home & I'm not available during the week. Gave them her info on the contract and over the phone. They only want to call me. Asked for the earliest final measurement appointment & they give me a 3-hour window in the afternoon.If you guys want this review changed &/or any recommendations you'll have to really impress me going forward.Sergio is very good to deal with. Knows his stuff & shows a lot of confidence in their products.

Sergio was well informed and explained all the services completely. He handled a small complaint quickly and effectively. Would recommend to anyone.
