My bath tub was leaking in an almost impossible to reach spot. I had a first plumber come in, quote me over $1000 and telling me they would have to cut up the ceiling below, I'd have to go through insurance and so. Dmitry came in and was able to get the job done without cutting up the ceiling for less than $800. Would recommend this plumber to anyone in the area.

I am absolutely 100% satisfied with this Company. Even though it was the very first time I called, Dimitry quickly responded to my call and was available to rectify the problem the same day. Not only did he deal with me, but he was willing to contact my tenant and see what time was good for her.Once the work was done, I immediately received the invoice by email. Surprise....it was reasonable and no excess charges!!I would definitely recommend Dimitry and his company and I would not hesitate to use him again.

Dmitri came to unplug the basement toilet on June 11/19. I was impressed with the questions he asked in advance so he was familiar. Once he completed his work, he was able to assure me that the drain and the toilet were okay, but that there were 3 steps to be followed to be sure the toilet did not clog. During the service call the tenant who occupies the basement unit was extremely rude & derisive. This did not faze Dmitri. This very bad patch with my tenant is over and he is now following the plumber's instructions. The toilet has worked very well for several weeks & I expect that to last as we know exactly what to do. I wish previous plumbers had given such excellent advice. I give Dmitri 5 stars!

We had a sump pump and backwater valve installed. I had called a few companies and actually had someone from a certain popular home renovation app who was supposed to complete the work - however, they said I had to remove a bunch of existing shelving in the area and get the concrete poured myself after to cover the hole in the ground. I am so glad I didn’t go with them! I called and reached Dmitry right away and he answered all my questions. He came the same day and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. Once we agreed, the job was completed within a few days including the city inspection. No need to remove shelving and destroy the room!I am so impressed with how responsive and professional they were and how quickly and neatly the job was completed. I would highly recommend!!

Dmitry came to give us a quote the day after I called him, and was able to get the job done not long after. He explained everything he was doing, and gave us all the paperwork for the process for getting the city rebate for the backwater valve. When he finished, everything was left clean and neat. We are very happy with the work completed by Dmitry and his team. First, Dmitry went above and beyond by visiting our home to provide a quote on the day that we called since he happened to be nearby. We had a sump pump and backwater valve installed in our older home in East York, as well as having some older pipes replaced and plumbing for a laundry sink added in the basement. All the work was completed efficiently, with very good attention to detail, and for a reasonable price. All work areas were left neat and tidy. Dmitry is also knowledgeable about the requirements for the City of Toronto Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy Program and reviewed the paperwork with us when the work was complete (submitted and now waiting on the city).
