This company is unprofessional and it is no wonder they will continue to lose customers to online printing companies. I ordered a package at the beginning of October, waited a whole month and still heard nothing about it being ready for pick up. After calling the store multiples times and never hearing from anyone, I decided to call corporate. They knew nothing about my package and said I would recieve an email from another department in a few more days with details. Finally after now 5 weeks I was told the package was lost in transit and that I could either a) wait it for it to get reprinted and sent out or b) go to the store and get a refund.What I don't understand is why I wasn't notified weeks ago that my package had been lost. Why did it take me having to reach out multiple different times to find out my package was never going to reach me. Secondly what kind of corporation doesn't offer some sort of compensation for my time and inconvenience. Now not only do I not have my package but I also have to go out of my way to get my money back by going to the store. I will never order from here ever again!

If I can rate Staples a negative 100, I would. Cannot find their customer service number anywhere on their website. Been on hold with their corporate office for over 10 minutes. Trying to do a return online and it keeps givine me a technical error message. If you are smart, shop at Amazon. Way better customer service. Staples is HORRIBLE. Stay AWAY.

Ordered a printer on a personal CC by mistake, so I called to cancel 10 minutes after order. I was told I would get a conformation email as soon as it has been canceled. So at that point I ordered another on my business CC... No problem right!7 hours later my account status still read processing". I called back and was told it's impossible to cancel? what? ... rep went on to say

Placed an online print order, waited 4 weeks to receive an order cancellation from Staples with no reason or description. Called Staples and was told that I have to go into a designated store for my refund. 4 weeks of waiting, and I have to go in store to get a refund for an order I placed online.No explanation or reimbursement for my wasted time and frustration.I would highly advise anyone thinking of ordering from Staples to steer away and try to find an alternative to avoid disappointment.

I ordered a MSI computer that was on sale for a great price. It was supposed to be a gift for my partner, and it was supposed to arrive today. After having the confirmed order for a week long, it was cancelled on the day of estimated delivery.This tells me Staples is a company who neglects customers to a laughable point. If the order was cancelled within a day or two it wouldn't have even mattered. The fact that it was cancelled on the day it was supposed to arrive is just a slap in the face.This company will never see another dime from me. Hope they actually bleed out in the business sense.

This is the worst company. It blows my mind how they have any customers. They have no customer service what so ever. My order has been in transit for 2 days and it's an hour and a half drive from here lol they say it might be another day or two. Its already past the 3-5 business days. Why offer this service? Your resolution is too bad just wait" after taking hundreds of dollars from me for this service. Wow thanks!!!"

Very poor quality of service when making a claim for products purchased with warranties. Spent over 2 hours on the phone and they cannot find the credit I was supposed" to be issued after I provided the work order # confirming the claim. No department is claiming responsibility or has knowledge on how to resolve the issue. I kept having to call independently

Worst customer service at this location. I highly recommend Brampton people don't go to this location because the Manager was so RUDE. No smile at all. Doesn't know how to resolve the issue or how to keep the customer happy.Bought a printer and I was told it would print 100 color pages but the cartridge was out of ink after 21 pages printing.I took back the printer to the staples at 2937 Queen street location for return due to ink issue, spoke to the guy at the service desk.His name was Aneeq Akhtar, he was very rude and arrogant, doesn't want to listen the issue/concern. All he said our return policy is 30 days and after that you would need to contact the manufacturer.I cannot help you what is says on the box, do what ever you want to do with the printer. He did not allow my husband to speak while he was talking to me. He said to my husband, let me finish with her first then I talk to you. This is how they deal with the customer and resolve the issue, very bad customer service.I asked him to give me the store credit or allow me to exchange the printer with black & white. He refused it and asked me to keep the printer until next year to get the money back from staples. Even though I have an extended one year warranty.I asked for the manager, he said I'm the manager, here's my card.I'm the service manager s Aneeq Akhtar".Do what ever you want to do.This is how Manager deals with the customer."

Absolutely terrible company with terrible service. This is my second time having to order a reprint due to bad photo quality. This time, they advised that they would contact me once the order was ready for pickup. After 10 business days and I still hadn't heard anything, I contacted support and was told that it was ready for pickup on June 2 (11 DAYS AGO) and an email was sent, however I did not receive anything, nor any phone calls. So if I hadn't contacted support I would never have been notified that my order was ready?? HIGHLY ADVISE against using their services unless you want to deal with incompetent staff and waste your time and money.
