I adore their helpful staff. When I am shopping for toys, I really appreciate helpful staff because I oftentimes need their recommendations. I was even surprised because I was even informed of the details and model info of the toys I'm planning to buy. On the other hand, their toys were amazing and doesn't look cheap. Each were quality guaranteed.

You have 8 tills but only one is ever open, should take the other tills away maybe so it doesn’t look like no one works here, just saying when there is a huge line but no one working the till it looks suspect.

I had an amazing experience at this store today. The workers went above and beyond to help me! Helped me pick a bike, went and got me a cart since they saw I was carrying a few things, brought my bike to the front for me, but not before making sure the fasteners were tight and the tires were aired up enough. The cashier was friendly and engaging and offered to help me to my car without being asked. Great job everyone. That was a first class shopping experience!!

Cheri in the baby department was incredibly friendly and helpful. Able to give us all the specs and details we needed when picking out a new car seat and had no hesitations offering to take the display models out to our car to try the fit. Took care to advise us of upcoming sales and to check if the seat we were interested in would be included. In our experience the staff in the Toys R Us baby department have been great at all locations we’ve visited. Thank you Cheri!

It's a big store with the stereotypical toys. If you want something different, you need to visit another kind of toy store. Otherwise, it's fabulous.

The employees are amazing, Trevor and another coworker (I didn't catch their name) went above and beyond helping us find a very specific collectible our daughter was missing. I truly appreciated them taking the time to help us.
