Though all the professionals that handled my eye exam were good there is a lack of customer service in this place. It was my first time and nobody says anything to you. Except Take a seat." Maybe a little explanation of what will happen would be nice. After the first step at the first floor you have to go up another flight.It took a very long time waiting at the third floor to get the photo images. Almost an hour sitting there with eyes dilated.The woman doing the photo images

Staff is super friendly and professional. As someone who exclusively deals with private clinics I found the wait time to be horrible though (operated 4h late). Process efficiency could perhaps be improved. Yasmine, Maelys and Jessica have all 3 been wonderful.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Clinique Bellevue Montreal. From the moment I walked in the door, I was met with courteous, helpful staff who made me feel welcome and patiently answered any questions I had. Dr. Shahi and the team in the operating block were superb. I have worn glasses for over 60 years, and it is an incredible experience to wake up in the morning and see. My profound thanks to Dr. Shahi and the entire Bellevue team!

Always had a very warm and professional experience. Dr.Paul Harasymowycz is the one who saved my eyes, and is always very patient and very professional and always with a smile. the staff are all pleasant and polite, I am so grateful to have a clinic that I can be taken care of and feel relaxed.

First off, way too much people inside those tight spaces for a pandemic situation. Waiting chairs are way too close, you just feel compressed into others. But the biggest deal here is the quality of the service offered by the doctor. It just makes you feels like another number. She comes in and just storms through your files and signs a paper and when you ask questions, you only gets generic answers. Just awful experience. Never going back there!

Very professional, staff is friendly BUT a bit disorganized. When I arrived there were no instructions as to where to go, email told me level 2 then when I was there there was no one at reception, I had to catch a random worker running down the stairs to find out where to go! But once I got started it was very efficient
