Motion Fitness Stonebridge

A very well equipped and clean gym and I absolutely love working out here; I have been a member of Motion Fitness from years and the upkeep of this location has always been great and after recent renovations/ upgrades the gym has even more space and equipment. Steam sauna after workout is my favourite part. Me and my family enjoy our time in this gym.

I had racked up quite a bill by not canceling my membership in person. Mohammed not only worked with me for a fair payment plan but also allowed me to work out while I was paying it off. This gym is always clean has everything you need and the staff is always friendly. 5 stars.

I’ve been a member at Motion Fitness for over a decade. The staff is super friendly and the gym is always kept very clean. Would 100% recommend the facility to any of my friends and family!

Recently had surgery and I wasn’t able to go in and freeze my account due to lack of mobility. I asked if there was anyway I could do this remotely. They asked for a doctors note which I had available and call me back to confirm within minutes. I really appreciated the ease and willingness to help. I’m addition to returning to motion fitness after Covid, I’ve also noticed increased staff available, increased cleanliness(removed most turf), and equipment in good working condition. Things have improved significantly in the last couple years as I have attended the gym dive it’s opening as World Gym.

Extremely low quality managers, and the change rooms/saunas/ showers are always moldy and bad. I was a member for 5+ years after fitness for 10 closed down in recent years 2021, 2022, this gym quickly became not worth the price of membership. Not to mention the unprecedented amount of difficulty trying to cancel membership with head aches of going back and forth between the bank and the gym to cancel and no ability to contact a manager of any sort even after leaving name and number with employees to get in contact to no avail. I have now finally got my cancellation process under way and do not recommend this place to anyone in Saskatoon, the customer service of local gyms is much better. Management practically non existent this review is current May 30, 2022 the owner trying to disregard my review by replying saying this is not current, what a shame.

It’s been more than a year I have been going to Motion Fitness stonebridge and never faced any sort of issue. It is a perfect example of cleanliness. Such a positive environment. The staff is really nice and helping too. Highly recommend it for a perfect workout!

Do not get a membership from here!!I tried to cancel my membership… they told me that they did, and they never did. They continued to charge me for months.. I now owe $400 and they sent it to collections! Called to speak to their manager, and he didn’t answer. so I left a message with my name and number and I never heard back from them. This gym is a scam to take all your money and to continuously charge you, even if you don’t live in that province anymore to be able to go. I will NEVER be returning back to a public gym after this, and I will be letting all my friends and family know about this gym, about what they do to people and to NEVER go there. So thanks for that!!

The staff here (Liam) is really NELK (that means awesome)! Gym is so clean and everyone is so friendly!
