The place is a mess, prices vary from exceptional to bad, staff is very flexible and friendly. Probably the best place to get a workstation/server in the city, minus the GPU.

I called at 12:30PM to book an appointment to pick up a few items. The rep asked for my information and said he would call back when he located the items. I waited 2 hours and still no call. I decided to call back. He said he didn't know where an item was, so he would have to wait until someone arrived at 6PM. I waited and, again, still no call. I travelled across the city to pick up the items he said he had set aside. I arrived at 7:40 PM, 20 minutes before their website says they close, only to be greeted by a sign indicating that they close at 7PM. Not once did I receive a phone call with any information. Knowing that I was expecting a callback, it would have been appropriate to call and provide an update, instead of saying nothing at all.I will take my business where custom service exists and advise others the same.
